I'm happy to give the pizza 5 stars. If they were from the wood oven they would be 6 stars. Really good dough, homemade tomato sugo, topped with good products. The service is self-service, the open wines are ok, a large selection of beers. I like the atmosphere. Every work shift seems to pass there. Delivery services/guests often forget to close the door. Annoying in winter. Feel free to call me a regular.

We've been waiting for 15 pizzas for 2.5 hours. When asked how long it would take, the guy replied cheekily: What do you want. Either we deliver or you cancel. This is a no-go as we are actually regular customers. Our company is looking for a new supplier.

Terrible experience! Gluten free pizzas are not actually gluten free. They use the same utensils and cooking place for pizzas containing gluten and gluten free ones. Do not recommend at all for anyone suffering from allergies or celiac disease.

Pizza is good, the problem is service. This place used to be ran by an older man who was super friendly and attentive, but once a new person took over (middle age man with long grey hair) the service was completely ruined. This man looks so arrogant, unhappy and very unwelcoming. They get a lot of take out orders, so you never know when your pizza is going to be made, which may take really long time (we waited for more than 1 hour once). It’s a pity, because it could’ve been a really great neighborhood pizza place.

This is the worst pizza in the world. The owner's professionalism is completely nonexistent. I ordered through Uber, and instead of paying the commission, they showed up themselves, asking me to pay again on the spot. I waited an hour and a half for the order. I ordered 15 pizzas, but only 13 arrived. Funny part ? To apologize, they showed up with 1 beer (but we are 15 people…).

An original Italian pizzeria where, in addition to wheat, you can also have a wide variety of gluten-free dough variations. The pizzas were amazing, with chickpea and corn flour. We'll definitely be back!

Great pizza and lovely service. It was understandably quite busy when we went, and we waited slightly longer than expected. The cashier was extremely apologetic. They even brought out some fried chicken for us while we waited. Then, when we went to the counter to pick up the pizzas, they gave us two free pizzas. We only waited 15-20 minutes more than expected. I would’ve waited another hour for pizza this good.

Very tasty pizzas. But WARNING: Although the pizzeria offers gluten-free options, the pizzas are not suitable for people with celiac disease. The pizzas are made in the same oven and cross-contamination occurs.

As good as it gets: great pizza, nice variety of toppings, and a great selection of ice cold beers. Self-service: you want a drink? Get up and get it.

Always delicious food. The pizzas are really very tasty. The restaurant is small and manageable. You take your own drinks from the refrigerators in the passage. In summer you can also sit comfortably outside. Normal pricing for Zurich is rather cheap. The offer for vegetarians and vegans is also nice, so not only meat lovers get their money's worth. Always consistent, very good and fresh quality and has been for years.

Delicious gluten-free pizza, that’s undeniable. Wide choice of pizza and beers and quality ingredients. Being vegetarians, we took a buffala supplement, which was excellent. That said, poor communication with the owner (?), because he makes little effort to indicate the waiting time and the operation of his establishment (who serves the pizza, do we have to wait at the counter, can we serve as olives?). Basically, he takes the order, mutters the price increase for glut-free (7.-) and cashes. Too bad, because this place has great potential.

A bit of a gamble here, sometimes the pizza is great, sometimes it's really poor... as is the service. On a bad day, the guy behind the counter can be really rude.

The best gluten-free pizzas available are at Avanti. They are available on site or for take away or delivery. We have ordered, eaten or picked up food there numerous times. It was very nice every time.

Bought 3 pizzas to take away this afternoon. Gluten/lactose free. Margherita/Napoli/Mascarpone. The service/pizzaiolo was terrible: disinterested, unfriendly, and topped the pizzas so slowly after baking that they were lukewarm. Margherita (small) was a joke: 27.- for an absolutely flimsy pizza base soaked in a little sugo, really! The other two were actually quite good after baking them at home (because they were already delivered lukewarm). The gluten-free dough in particular would have potential if there wasn't such an amateur behind the counter. Once and never again!

A low-effort, neighborhood pizza place. Good for a casual eat. Yes, there are enjoyable free add-ons and vegan+gf options, but my pizza lacked a tasty juicy "oumpf" taste that would have led me to give 4 stars. If you enjoy quantity over quality, this place is for you!

Extremely good value and a really nice vibe

The gluten-free pizza in FELICE is by far the best in Zurich. We have already visited many pizza restaurants in Switzerland and Europe and FELICA clearly stands out. The pizza is crispy and you don't even notice that it is gluten-free. I also think it's great that you can also order pizzas made from other types of flour. You don't see that anywhere else. Thank you for this great restaurant.

134.- for 2 pizzas, 2 beers and a bottle of wine. The cheap Amarone wine costs 22.95 in the Coop and the exact same wine here costs 70.- ...unfortunately you couldn't get a detailed receipt, only the card receipt. We expect an explanation of the price or a compensation, otherwise this will be our last time in this restaurant.

The pizza was large and delicious (luckily for the price - SFr 20 for a pizza with rocket, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella). But then you pay SFr 7 more if you want vegan cheese instead of mozzarella, SFr 3 extra for hot sauce and SFr 0.50 more if you pay with the card (no matter which one)... Expensive, unclear and strange prices. The pizzaiolo was very unfriendly and I had to explain three times that I wanted to swap my mozzarella for vegan cheese (or something else) because I am allergic to dairy products. No table service, guests clear the tables of previous customers themselves and get their own pizza and drinks themselves. Special ambience... We won't be coming back.

If you are a pizza lover, definitely try Avanti Pizza!!! Their specialty of mascarpone, prosciutto, and arugula is out of this world delicious on their amazing pizza dough!!! Small restaurant, but we stayed nearby and got the pizza to go! Our daughter is a cheese pizza connoisseur (she just turned 8 🤣) and this by far passed the amazing taste test! Amazing the next morning as cold pizza breakfast too (which is my favorite)!

Pizza delicious, dough fluffy. Huge portions! Somehow the taste of my margarita was missing. There was a rather thick layer of cheese everywhere. I find the concept of several sauces/toppings special... but I actually needed it to get some flavor into it.

I think it's great that the restaurant has remained true to itself, just like the last store. It's almost a cult and those who like to find something lacking in everything from A to Z can go to Vapiano or another chain where, firstly, you pay way too much and secondly you don't get enough. For me the performance and taste at this price is unbeatable!

A thousand times better than the clean marketing concepts circulating here in Zurich. The boy (Felice) is harsh, but I think he's great, so nonconformist, he has his heart in the right place, you should distinguish that. I think the store is old school and I'm really happy that there's something so imperfect and unconventional, that's what makes it so charming! In addition, the gf pizza is not only the best (tastes a little better to me than stripped pizza) but also the biggest! It's best to go to the store on Saturdays, where old Benito from the former Avanti will be there to help out.

Best place in Zurich to get Great pizzas at an affordable price

The three of us had spontaneously agreed today. We flew a kite at the bakery. After the chat we got a little hungry. Shortly afterwards we set off for the street festival to satisfy our hunger. When we arrived, we were very disappointed when we noticed that the street food festival was closed on Whit Sunday. After some back and forth we made the decision to treat ourselves to a pizza.#gönndirbrudi Shortly afterwards we chose the Pizzeria Felice because our lovely companion (on the right in the picture) has celiac disease and they offer gluten-free options here. The young man on the left in the picture is still single. Pizza was fantastic.

Pizza is among or even the best in Zurich. The price-quality-size-ratio is outstanding and you will find nothing like it in Zurich. Totally reccomend this place. Going there at least once a month. Besides the pizza, there is good wine and a large variety of bottled beers. Don't be scared that this place does not has something like 4.5+ stars. The food would definitely deserve it. The bad reviews are mostly about having no service, which is true. It is self-service but not in a cheap Fast-food-way. It is a very charming self-service and you can go there as a couple, friends or with your family and have a very nice evening. Others complain that the current covid rules are not strictly being followed, which is also true. If this is a No-Go to you, don't go. The staff (especially the older man who speaks almost no german - only italian) is absolutely friendly. The interiour is kept simple and the atmosphere in general is familiar. All in all a super authentic italian pizzeria, which focusses on the most important thing: Good food, good time, good beverages.

This is the WORST service I have ever seen. I ordered pizza to deliver and after 45 minutes the restaurant called saying they don’t deliver tonight. I went there and I did not even receive an apology. Worse, the guy denied the problem and was extremely rude. This is the worse service I have ever seen!

The best vegan pizza in town. Maybe even at all. Self-service, you can put together a small aperitif, the pizza comes quickly and is huge. The owner is grumpy, but for me that's now part of the shop's charm. I like coming here!

The pizzas were good, and there's really nothing wrong with the gluten-free dough! However, the service was subpar. Very unfriendly and we didn't understand that there was a self-service concept. Nothing was explained to you, only unfriendly comments were made. A pity!

I think since they changed location the quality has decreased. I don't think it's as good as it was at the old location.

Great pizza! The pizza is big and can be shared between 2 to 3 people. You can also get extra olives, garlic, red chilli at the side for free too.

The Pizza was visibly made without any love. Watch out, you will be charged on the credit card for more $ than what's written on the menu!

In my opinion this has the best pizza in town! Big pizza with great taste. The restaurant is pretty simple and uncomplicated, which is exactly what I really appreciate. You go in, order your pizza and grab your drink from the fridge and choose your own seat. There is also a corner where you can help yourself to spicy oil, garlic paste, olives, etc. I can't understand the unfriendly thing in the other reviews, I've never had unfriendly service there, neither at the old nor at the new place. We always enjoy coming back.
