We were the first in this cafe today (October 22nd, 2022). The service was correct, although the lady was very busy. Coffee and turtles were very good. Advice to those responsible: don't take the bad reviews too seriously. These people mostly write with no experience (only a few reviews). The fact that you answer at all speaks for your seriousness. I was at Back-Cafe on August 27th. The selection is very large and very good. I am particularly satisfied with the service, which was excellent. If I'm at Biel train station again, I'll stop by.

On August 22nd, 22 I was there and ordered a mocha frappé for 8 fr. I have to say it was the best frappé in the whole area. 3 scoops of ice cream 1 dl milk that's how a frappe should be. I can only recommend Thank you for this great achievement.

I ended up in Backcaffee again today. Disappointing! Unfortunately, the free WiFi only works once out of 5 visits!!! So it's a catch after all. But I won't let myself be caught anymore. I will continue to avoid the back cafes in Grenchen in the future. After a long time I ended up at Back-Cafe again. It's hard to believe but the WiFi works GREAT!! TOP speed (see photo) Service was also very friendly.

I've consumed something here a few times. Today I was also here with my wife. It will definitely be the last time for me. My wife ordered a cream slice. There were three in the display case and she wanted the middle one (as women are sometimes like that 😉).. the waitress was quite annoyed about it. My wife wanted to eat the cream slices outside at the table. For once she didn't have a drink today. In the meantime I went to the Coop Pronto to get my favorite energy... and then I joined my wife and didn't think much about it... and I opened my energy and drank it. When the waitress immediately scolded me like a toddler... what I was doing... ok... wasn't very clever of me... but still c'est le ton qui fait la musique... there are other tearooms in Biel that do Appreciate customers... even if I make a mistake as a customer.

Lunch Sunday morning, disappointed! Good coffee but the ham croissants which taste fragrant and dry, frankly not pleasant.

This great establishment, Bom café and delicious pastries.

Cappuccino to go is reminiscent of an espresso macchiato. Quality is ok, price performance is poor. There was no lid for the cup upon request. Chocolate sticks in the counter marked “white” turned out to be “black”.

Coffee to go very bitter and expensive! For that price you could also go to Starbucks.
