Yesterday I bought a multi-grain organic bread - I weighed it at home - I paid Fr. 2.75 for 227 grams of bread - Fr. 3.20 for a small Grittibenz with chocolate - and in my opinion it wasn't very fresh anymore - just one Relationship madness - I'm not surprised if Swiss people go shopping abroad more and more!!!

Because I forgot to pay for my gas when I went shopping, which I'm really sorry about, I was charged an additional 100 francs as compensation for my expenses. This is not customer friendly, that's why there is 1 star. Of course it would be negligent of me to forget to get the petrol at the checkout, but a letter with the exact amount would have been enough.

The **** with roast beef are absolutely delicious, the coffee is great. When I'm in the area as a technician, I rarely pass by it. The ambience with a view of the bakery was great. The staff is always polite, helpful and accommodating. If you have left something behind, all you need to do is call to make sure of it...! 😉 Thanks again 👍 Highly Recommended

Yesterday we were kindly brought three small vermicelles from your shop during our visit. The saleswoman said "it's nice that the three of them have found owners"... and apparently the three of them had to wait a really long time for someone willing to buy. They were completely dry, the top worms were already skinny. I have nothing against selling products from the day before, but it must be clearly labeled and make a difference in price. It is the second time in a short time that we have had "old" goods sold as "fresh". A pity. At the Coop around the corner you can get them fresh all day long, and if they haven't been sold by the end of the day, they're 50% off. So why should anyone take the route to you?

Actually good - but the beetroot chicken sandwich doesn't work at all. The product looks great but the content leaves a lot to be desired. The chicken is supposed to be from Switzerland - but I suspect that it is of very poor quality or not meat that you would buy without further processing. Because in the sandwich you will find a strange pureed mass. I would never do that with a good piece of meat, for example. Plus, I didn’t want a chicken mousse sandwich. Oh yes, the pineapples are found in pieces and not pureed like the rest. I assume the bakery buys the chicken mixture and only the producer knows what's in it... Rather difficult for me as a customer

Huge disappointment! Butterbread rolls are totally dry, as if they were already a day old. I complained, but they didn't really care. She gave me a new one, it was exactly the same dry! Compared to the Fischer Volketswil bakery, it's weak!

I'm just here in Niederglatt and disappointed that it's self-service😒 The prices have risen and then there is still no service? I like to go to a cafe or restaurant to treat myself to something and "actually" like to pay for it and also like to give a tip, but it doesn't work that way. Where has the appreciation for the guest gone? I would appreciate it if you would think about it and not just think about PROFIT!!! It's really a shame for everything that the Fleischli family has built up so well and now it's being ruined😥 The homemade iced tea is very nice and so are the canapés, but very expensive!

Recently in the evening I picked up things for 7.90 that otherwise couldn't have been sold - that was great. I had salad - 1 piece of loaf - bread and 2 sweets - everything was ok - the salad was marked 7.90 - it was 3/4 full of green salad - one tablespoon. corn and about 1 tbsp. Carrots and some decoration - simply extreme to ask so much for a salad whose ingredients cost a maximum of 2 francs!

We had brunch here. Various options in the buffet, delicious breads and tasty small pastries. Great coffee and Smoothies were also included in the menu. Definitely recommended visiting. Personnel are professionals, speaking English, nice and helpfuln

Not exactly friendly staff. Just a giggle about customers. Working too slowly. Toilet....Not enough water for washing hands. Things should be better for the Fleischli name. Unfortunately, you hear this again and again. 5 RP. per sacks to carry is really a disgrace. You buy over (40.- Ein) and have to pay 5.RP. per bag. Fleischli Bakery, it doesn't work that way. They don't have mercy on the last starvation. Recommendation!!!! In AARGAU the bakeries are very collant.

No more service with the same high price. You get drinks from one bar, the pastries from someone else... There is no longer a bar and you don't want to get bottled beer. Only our own processes are optimized here and no consideration is given to the guest. I avoid the Fleischli, the new management has ruined the good name...

We drove especially to Fleischli to have breakfast with corn croissants. There just weren't any at this time. Approximately 9:00 a.m.! Butter croissants also arrived after we had almost finished the coffee. Disappointing.

Yesterday afternoon I felt a little hungry and went to the Bülach/Post branch. Unfortunately the selection was very limited at around 2:30 p.m. and I decided on a tuna canapé. I had to pay a whopping CHF 5.30 for the small 10x10 cm piece. ARE YOU CRAZY ?????? On top of that, it was bland and inedible. Six months ago I treated my employees to a snack for an anniversary. In the Niederglatt branch I asked if they could deliver these 30 canapés at 9:00 a.m. for lunch, covering a distance of 2 km. The saleswoman said yes to my request, but wanted CHF 16.50 for the travel costs. Shocked by Fleischli's extortionate prices, an employee picked up the rolls himself. The prices are outrageous and I'll avoid all meat shops in the future! Even the Epiphany cake at Fleischli costs over CHF 10 and the plastic king looked out from one piece. A no-go for a baker who should love his job.

Personally, I don't think there's been any service for some time now. On the one hand, the regular customers are used to it, and on the other hand, they're unfriendly and impolite, apart from when you order lunch, as I did recently, you get up and bring the tray back and don't take any coffee or cake because I do too nobody asks. So dear carnal people, our economy is like that... poor service with consistent or overpriced prices... doesn't mean you have to do it that way too. There are plenty of coffee shops that still serve you and that's fine. I for one won't be coming anymore, sorry but I won't go along with it

I usually like shopping at this store. However, after my visit yesterday, I'm reconsidering: I wanted to have lunch there (for the first time). I entered the branch at 12 p.m. The three of us sat at the table for a solid 10 minutes without being firstly greeted and secondly asked for our certificate (there were hardly any guests there). After 10 minutes my friend got up and asked at the counter if I had to order here. The saleswoman's answer: "yes". My friend told her that she would then take the tagliatelle. The saleswoman then said that they only had a meat and a vegetarian menu. However, the tagliatelles were the meat menu. You should know that, and I worked in a café for a long time! Meanwhile, I went to the counter and was very disappointed by the poor selection of sandwiches and salads, and it was now 12:10 p.m. I think the branch is a nice place, but the café won't see me again anytime soon. The staff must first be urgently trained in how to deal with customers.

Getting my own coffee isn't a problem for me, but if there are 3 people serving in the store and 2 people standing around in the coffee shop, you could also serve people at the table!!!

The service processes seem a bit illogical, the scrambled eggs and the cheese/meat platter are brought to the table, the coffee and rolls have to be picked up at the counter, the jam at the buffet. The staff seem to be trying hard despite the circumstances.

The coffee feeling is no longer there for overpriced prices... I previously thought bakeries were overpriced and coffee wasn't good, but now there's no reason to go there. Saving personnel wherever possible. I'd rather go to the Migrorestaurant because it's good value for money and has better coffee. No wonder when one bakery after another goes down. Oh and the flyer is a joke on the tables. What do older people who don't walk well, people with walking difficulties or women with 1-3 small children on their hands do? Nope

Huge selection, very decoratively designed. I only bought rolls and croissants, but they were good quality. Not exactly cheap but in my opinion still within reason. A bit hidden and unfortunately little parking space. Otherwise highly recommended...

I bought a chocolate orange cake on April 21, 2021, which was definitely thawed. The Cape gooseberry was soapy, the raspberry had a moldy taste, the cake was already dried out. If you want to sell something frozen you should at least say so and for that price

Once again there were no butter croissants left before 8 a.m., or they still had to be baked in the oven. It still takes 3 minutes, the last time it was 5, and it already took even longer. Plus, once again, no “Grüezi” when you enter the store. Fortunately, there is a more than viable alternative not far away: Höribeck. Way ahead in terms of friendliness and so far we've had butter croissants every time without waiting.
