Very fast delivery, delicious pizza. It was a pleasure.

Completely rubbish. No card to pay for. If you order in advance you just have to prepare it when you arrive. And unfriendly.

The seller had zero interest in selling anything and was sitting at his laptop. Rarely seen something like that! When we decided not to take pizza with us, you could see the joy in his eyes. Never again!

Pizza is very nice and good, you can't say anything, but a 1.5 liter cola was ordered and paid for, the cola wasn't delivered when it was delivered... When the courier was asked about it, he played dumb, for that reason I won't order more from Hano.

The food always comes quickly and freshly prepared. I can warmly recommend it.

The pizza we requested was very tasty. 5 ingredients of your choice for 20 francs. You rarely see that. Usually you have to pay extra for each ingredient (even the first one). Even though I ordered 30 minutes before closing time, when I arrived they were very welcoming. I can only recommend this restaurant.

We placed an order via the website at 1:04 p.m., which was also confirmed to us by email. We had 2 delivery options to choose from: immediately or 2:45 p.m. We had chosen “immediately”. When the order hadn't been delivered at 2:05 p.m., we called. Apparently you didn't receive an order despite receiving an email confirmation with an order number. As we read in other reviews, others had already been affected by the same problem. What's sad is that they neither apologized nor even offered to take the order and deliver it as quickly as possible. We don't judge the food here in any way, but the management of this establishment in connection with complaints and the communication in general are very unprofessional. We therefore advise against placing orders if reliability is required.

I ordered food via the in-house website within opening hours, the order was confirmed and received, but was neither processed nor delivered, and there was no cancellation. No longer reachable by phone or email...

The pizzas themselves are ok but the people and the service are a disaster!! I waited 1.5 hours for my order, which I made through eat and was confirmed, and after trying to reach them by phone 10 times, I found out that "supposedly" the delivery hadn't arrived. Definitely not recommended!!!!

I ordered via Lieferando and it arrived super quickly, warm and very tasty. She took all special requests into account. The employee who delivered it was very friendly. They deserve the 5 stars for that.

I can only recommend very good pizza

1.5L Rivella was ordered, 1.25L arrived. What was requested was kebab without salad. Doner kebab arrived with salad. The drink costs 6 Chf. That's why I naturally complain when 1.25 liters come.

Our favorite: Fine kebab in freshly baked pocket bread. Recommended! Family business, friendly service.
