Compared to other bakeries in the area, it is very expensive. I only buy there because I live nearby, you can tell that they set the prices so that the customer is just about ready to pay. Quality has also deteriorated significantly, for example bacon or chocolate chips often burnt off and therefore have a burnt aftertaste. They also did the same with the chocolate summit instead of increasing the prices (only 10rp.) Since inflation they have simply shrunk it by 1/3 and only increased the price slightly (to deceive the consumer)

They didn't want to bring us scrambled eggs for breakfast because we only ordered the small breakfast for 15.50. Additionally, it's not possible because the kitchen would have too much to do. If we had taken the brunch for 44.- that wouldn't have been a problem. Well, such strategies always have an aftertaste for me.

Breakfast and brunch are good and the service is very friendly. When the weather is nice, you can usually get a place without a reservation. Otherwise it is quite a hassle as reservations for a table are expected 14 days in advance.

Went for a varied brunch on a Saturday. Very fine and recommended. Small Vermuths drop: please serve SMALL patisserie at the final dessert buffet. Who wants to end up eating a whole piece of cake? If these were very small, you could try anything to your heart's content.

Extremely bad and rude service. The lady with red hair in particular is extremely disrespectful! She audibly gossips about guests who come every day and consume a lot. You are ignored and wait forever to order or pay. Things are often missing. Very sad for the great baker because the food would be very good.

The quality has dropped, today a friend and I went to have a coffee with a small pastry, 😒😒the almond roll was poorly cooked, I informed the waitress, who took it without replacing it, but I had to pay for it. Enough is enough, as are the prices. Too expensive

Füger is actually great Beck but unfortunately we have had to go without the fine butter croissants many times and always early in the morning 😳 such a shame, what could be the reason for this, can't always pre-order these, hope it gets better again 😎 that was the decision for me make a stop 😎

Service is not attentive. Was the first about 10-15 minutes. ignored. Apparently the peaks had already run out, said the waiter. 5 minutes later a table next to me ordered 3 croissants and got them too. You also wait forever to pay.

Big compliment, we had vouchers for the Lake Constance breakfast. My wife is vegetarian, Jeanine then brought her automatically. more cheese and only charged for a scrambled egg, very attentive and customer focused! I asked for some salt, she immediately brought salt and pepper. That's the difference between good and TOP. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back.

#Discrimination #racisim So here is my painful Story of visiting this Swiss based Bakery today. Like many people in the world I was super excited to visit this country with excitment and Joy as soon as we entered the country this bakery was our first stop to get some breakfast after looking at 4.6 rating. We were waiting in the line to order our breakfast and the moment our turn arrived the Staff on the counter started taking order from the next local customer but ignored us even though we kept quite and Stood there to wait for our turn. The Staff took two Orders from people who were after us in the line to order when me and my husband got clueless my husband asked them in German that why did she ignored us and not taking our Orders so the response from Staff was that she did see us...? But guess what she decided to ignore us as our skin colour was not white and dark skin people does not exit for the Staff. It is a shame to see we live in 2022 but people still never quit discrimination based on skin colour. My heart goes out to every one who has faced this as they are not white enough for people in other countries. Conclusion: IT was my first visit to this country and last one as I felt non existing in that country within few minutes of entering so we decided to finish breakfast and leave for home and we took and exit towards Autobhan. This bakery Staff are the kind of people who spoil the Image of the country by thinking so narrow even in 2022. We need to stop fighting and discriminating each other in the name of million of things and find a way to realise we all have same body, same brain as we all are nothing but humans living on the same Planet. #stop racisim #stopdiscrimination we all will stop breathing one day and what will be left behind us is not skin colour but our good KARMA !!!!!!

We had reserved two weeks in advance, and today (in Steinach) we were given a place by the window in the blazing sun. We were then allowed to sit at another table upon request. The service isn't really attentive. We sat in front of empty plates for about 30 minutes until they were cleared away. Even though we sat on the aisle, we were often ignored when we wanted to order something. The staff stood behind the counter and had time for a chat. The customer is not valued here. The coffee complet was good, but nothing more...

The bread at this bakery is simply awesome

We like to have breakfast here. The ingredients are always fresh and there are fine handmade items. Particularly noteworthy are the excellent breads!

In Steinach the staff and the shop are much friendlier and more welcoming than in Rorschach and Mörschwil... there you don't get a smile and you are dealt with effectively. Sometimes even with impatience.... No comparison.

Price-performance is not right. Birche muesli no longer has whole fruit like a porridge with flakes. Conditions Sunday afternoon impatient and unfriendly. Not child-friendly, which I find a shame for a DorfeKaffee.

Simply put. Success proves him right. Not really cheap, but the price-performance ratio is perfect. You get a great product. Be it bread, desserts, salads or cheesecake... Very friendly staff who don't let themselves be disturbed even by stressed customers. If you want, you can also eat the whole thing on site.

Unfortunately it is not clear whether the opening hours should still be open. Therefore cannot be assessed. But our children have to move on hungry.

Füger Handmade is located in a brilliant location in Steinach, St. Gallen. It has a beautiful interior and terrace. Service is normally friendly. The morning brunch is very good. Toilets are clean and listed. Parking available. Depending on the time of day, not everything is available. Drinks list e.g. Flauder is missing just to mention something else! It's a shame because the Füger has Goba-represented drinks in its range. What a shame.
