Strandgarten in Steinach

Very expensive for a beach bar. More like something for well-off people. Families are unlikely to show up here. Drinks and food, however, were good. Everything is self-service.

We love having a cocktail here after a SUP ride. Always happy 😃

We recently went to a brunch on Sunday morning... but with a great location you are being ripped off because you have to pay 25 francs per person... and not even water or coffee are included. The buffet is small and the selection is rather limited. You have to fight for some shade from the small umbrellas. You have to clear the table yourself and pour the leftovers into a disgusting plastic bag...no go... Overall a disappointment.

Great view, awful food. Go to enjoy a drink and the views. Prices, portions and quality of food is disappointing. Definitely worth a visit to soak up the ambiance, just don’t eat anything.

The burgers are very good, so are the "Fischknusperli". The location is excellent. There is seating right next to the lake of constance and with a great view. Pretty simple but really good.

There is one star for the location itself and the music. The two, let's call them "burgers", were almost cold and the consistency was rather mushy and not very meaty. More like a mass of ???? The fries, which cost an additional 7chf, were dried out and by no means fresh. made. The total no go is the plastic cutlery (!!!!) which is also in plastic packaging. Haven't you learned anything? If you want to make money with the pop up beach cafes then the catering should be good and the concept should be well thought out and sustainable. No recommendation.

It's great, but music is missing. But still quite idyllic, of course you can go to the Kli Phanga.

Wonderful place with a very good, small menu and a great drinks menu. Great idea and a nice place to end the day. Music is a little too loud but it lives for it...

Just cool there and delicious hamburgers

We really enjoyed the whole evening in the beach garden. The food was very fine. The menu isn't huge, but it's enough and the Pokebowl wasn't like I've seen in other restaurants, but it was also fine. The sweet potato fries were great. The view was also exhilarating.

If you get rejected at the food stand at 2 p.m. because you have to take a break as a couple, I find that a bit questionable... The ladies at the food stand said they were completely overwhelmed, they would finish the open receipts and then take a break. Can't they take a break one after the other? The beach garden wasn't extremely well attended because it was very cloudy and we knew it was going to rain soon, but it took the ladies about 30 minutes until they had the open receipts ready and then we had to wait another 30 minutes until we got there could have ordered at all.. I find it a bit inappropriate with paying customers.. Drinks were great.. View, space and so on.. Apparently there are no ashtrays either..

Cool thing! A beautiful oasis directly on Lake Constance. Feels like you're on vacation, you always enjoy coming back. Good beer, even straight from the barrel. The ciders (Cider Clan) from Möhl are also available. Friendly staff. Every now and then there is even live music.

Beautifully located by the lake. Simple beach bar with a good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Also a manageable range of grilled food. Open air bar.

Really cool. Has parking spaces directly at the beach garden. Fine drinks, young, friendly service. Next to it there is a grill with fine things. Simple but nice. I'd love to come back when I'm at Lake Constance.

Great beach garden 🌴 with self-service 🤲 at the counter. Offer with great drinks 🍹 &😋 and food from the grill 🍖. The staff is friendly 😃 and attentive 👩🏻&👩🏼. The 🪑 seating is tight but there is still space at the front of the lake to stand or sit 😅.

Nice by the lake, slightly uncomfortable chairs, but great drinks! You can also pay with EC or TWINT.

The name says it all - located directly on the banks of beautiful Lake Constance, you feel like you're in your own garden. The Seebuben, as they call themselves, are cool guys who spread a good atmosphere, mix cool drinks and understand their role as hosts. The spacious terrace with olive trees and a fantastic view of and over the lake invites you to linger. Fair prices with a wide range of drinks, especially local beer! There's always something different to eat, thanks to a flexible pop-up F&B concept where there are always different chefs at the pot, grill or counter. Perfect for cyclists, walkers and connoisseurs. The summer can come!
