The best “accompanied bread rolls” in Bern! Just too good! The coffees with the flavor “Sweet Popcorn 🍿” are also recommended. Compliments also to the very friendly staff. Enjoy!

The braided bread I bought one day in the morning was really HARD! I don't know how many days. It is a shame to sell bread that is so many days old as fresh!

A friendly neighborhood bakery that seems to be popular with the locals. I visited the bakery on a Sunday morning and was greeted warmly by the employees when I entered the premises. The breakfast, a crispy Mutschli and a fig roll, was extremely tasty. The interior is rather simple. The cafe is already getting a bit old. A small renovation, at least painting the walls white again, would be good for the cafe. The cafe and the toilet were very clean. There is an outdoor area with seating.

Unfortunately only industrial and rather inedible butter croissants in the morning, I would have expected better from a bakery. Very friendly staff at the counter.

Operation passive, slow, unfocused. Food OK, price/performance a bit expensive. And when I read in the comments about how guests were treated while working remotely and the owner justifies the behavior in the comment... They are probably a bit stuck and not in tune with the times. Without this location and Sunday opening, the store could not survive.

The worst bakery in Bern. Industrial finished products that are baked, no trace of craftsmanship or high-quality baked goods. But the employees are super friendly, so one more star.

Good bakery! Fresh, good sweets, sandwiches and salts too! The café is cozy and also has tables and seating outside! The staff is friendly too!

I like the bakery because it makes good canapés and is open on Sundays.

Sugar shock, 50% would be more than enough. The apple curd cake. Not only too sweet but also too much cinnamon (it's not Christmas yet), more freshness from the quark, more enjoyment from the apple would be good. Simply loveless, the same every day for 20 years. It's ok, baked correctly but just average without any ideas. But finally, take a step back when it comes to sugar, it seems grossly negligent and no longer in keeping with the times.

Butter croissants bought on Sunday morning: as hard as wood, a shame to offer such unfresh and bad croissants!

Good quality, relatively large selection. The integrated coffee/restaurant also feels cozy. In my case, I am also grateful for the opportunity to give children a “taster” day to show/experience the bakery profession!

This place gives me a good mood every time i step in. You are almost every time welcome with a big smile! Wish the brioches were a little bit sweeter and yellowish like italian ones. But it's a matter of taste at the end!

Expensive with yesterday's bread, especially for a CHF 4.40, max 500 g, fyrabe bread amazing. But it depends on whether you mean mine or the baker's Fyrabe. Man, that bread is really chewy. Incredibly cheeky to sell someone something like that. The baker's Fyrabe was yesterday at the latest.

Visit on July 27th. Coffee and Pfaffenhut was good. But coffee was served as a “foot bath”. Glass of water ordered at the bar was not delivered. The reorder didn't work either.

Nice bakery not far from the center of Bern. Friendly staff who speak a little English with whom we were able to explain ourselves and order. Unfortunately the food was not of the same quality, the bioches were quite heavy and had an industrial flavour. The cheese quiche is good though. Medium-high cost.

It is already expensive! Don’t go with ur Labtop there! they don’t share even an electricity plugin !!! They count the price for their electricity!!! I have never seen such things somewhere else! Impossible! Can’t believe it, unfriendly owners; the owner! came and take out the charger without asking! can you belive this?, the owner does not know at all things about how a coffee palce should be, and his coffe place is known in the region for his owner bad reputation, other people confirmed this to me, you can ask other people they will tell the same, try it!

I like the bakery but I've found myself standing in front of the closed door 4 times on days that aren't holidays. Unfortunately, the days on which the bakery is actually closed are not shown on the website. Please add such days. If you make the effort to specifically come to your bakery and then find yourself in front of a locked door, that doesn't make the best impression. Use your website!

Hirschi Bakery, what else can you say about that! I've been buying croissants every morning since I was a little kid, and I'll continue to do so for the next 100 years.
