The Olten bakery in the train station has deducted 65.00 francs from the voucher instead of 6.50 francs. Comment: You have to see for yourself. Hardly speak German but comments like this work?! Catastrophe. Let's see what works, otherwise it's worth looking at.

I love the chocolate corn rolls, unfortunately it happens so often that you get ones from the day before that are very dried out and not edible and you still pay the full price. It's happened three times that I've ordered a smoothie and they always say we don't have any fruit, even though the fruit is packaged and frozen. Then it shouldn't be on the map. It's a shame for the prices.

Unfortunately there is no longer any service at the table, but the prices have been increased. Not like that!

We have just been to the Hug bakery in Rotkreuz. The 2 croissants and 2 chai lattes were very tasty. Chai latte for 4.90 Chf in the smallest cup!!! Is this really correct? The price-performance ratio is not right for me.

Croissant is usually always great, but unfortunately it was left in the oven for far too long today and burned. Tasted like old ones baked again. Shouldn't happen.

Fresh patisserie that was once upon a time... we have been ordering patisserie in advance for our visit to Rotkreuz for years. Our latest experience shows that we need to look for another bakery for fresh patisserie. The variety of patisserie ordered was almost certainly several days old.

Sat outside at 0900 yesterday morning. The order was taken shortly before 10:30 and the coffee we ordered was received at 0940! 40 minutes for a coffee - an absolute no go! It's not the first time that my snack break here was ruined like this.

Unfortunately, you are left standing at the counter until the saleswoman has finished cleaning up. Only then is it the customer's turn. In addition: There is often simply not enough bread early in the morning; especially on Sundays.

In the morning at 9:00 a.m Waited 15 minutes for order to be taken Waited another 23 minutes until the latte macchiatto came🤐 including the occupied tables around me. 4 people were working, you couldn't see that they were working... Luckily the sun was shining and I was able to enjoy the weather. But I'm not coming back and you're hearing that from a lot of people at the moment. It's a shame, it used to be much better.

The salad was very appetizingly prepared and, like the bread roll, tasted very tasty. Service was extremely friendly but unfortunately not very attentive. Didn't come to clear the table or ask for any further "requests". Had to go to the café and ask for coffee order and bill.

Last Saturday I wanted to have a coffee and eat a cake when the weather was nice. I sat down outside at 1:15 p.m. Three or four times the waitress walked around between the tables without paying any attention to new guests and visitors. I then went into the store to place my order directly at the counter. 3 employees behind the counter were just busy with themselves for over 5 minutes. One caused the shaker/mixer to overflow. Two employees spent the longest time working with the payment terminal and a receipt. Customers were ignored. This is near zero customer service and unacceptable. Even many months after COVID conditions, this should be much better. Sorry and same thing again yesterday Sunday. Last week I didn't consume and buy. Yesterday I drank coffee at home. It's a shame that they scare away customers so much.

Horrible service. I had to wait for 20 minutes before a waitress finally came to just take my order. Yes, the coffee shop was busy, but there were 4 to 5 waitresses. Other guests came after me and were served before me. I'll not come back here. There's plenty of alternatives in Rotkreuz, and all have better service!

The quality of the bread and the service are very good and very friendly, unfortunately the location tends to have a lot of traffic. Brrrrr....

Nice service and fine food But... We sat outside on the terrace and ordered. It began to rain. Received the coffees and strawberry tarts. And at that moment the sun blinds went up and we all got wet (including the food) and couldn't even get a seat inside because everything was full. Why can't you just stop the blinds immediately and protect the guests? No guest wants to be left out in the rain.

Actually a great offer, but you rarely get what you want. We are regular customers, especially on Sundays. It's absolutely okay that there's something wrong with the croissants or rolls. But the fact that 6 times in a row (so it's not an isolated case) on Sundays between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. we simply have to take whatever is still there is unsatisfactory. There's something wrong with the organizational planning. not. Increased demand can be expected, especially at this time (Sunday morning). Now we're thinking about switching to Von Rotz so that we can finally have the breakfast we want again. Shame!

Excellent food such as fresh bread, salads and sweets, friendly and courteous service and staff who live the service spirit every day.

Our favorite bakery in Rotkreuz. You can also get bread or have breakfast here (open until 5 p.m.) on Sundays and public holidays. The country bread and old Fritz are great and the service is nice and accommodating. Depending on the time of day, you have to expect slightly longer waiting times, but the staff is usually on their toes and tries to fulfill all your wishes as quickly as possible. The offer is appropriate and sufficient for the size of the store, which is why it happens regularly that the selection has shrunk significantly in the evening and your favorite bread is no longer available. ;)

Tasty bread and salads. My personal favorite is the "pausebrötli". The salads are big enough for lunch. Friendly personal and usually not too busy.

Basically a good bakery. Our group of women always enjoyed coming for coffee and cake. Depending on the day and time, the parking situation leaves something to be desired. Last Sunday there were nice presents after our visit, even though according to the board at the back of the building you are also allowed to park as a bakery customer. When asked, the staff reacted with surprise and overwhelmed.

I'm disappointed, unbelievable! A large part of the menu can no longer be ordered. We had to wait a long time to get the food, and one person was completely forgotten. Paying was the biggest fiasco, the card terminal didn't work and all the employees were disinterested in watching. It's a shame no one apologized for the many mistakes.

Proven Swiss hospitality with the corresponding compromises in terms of the quality of the food. That would actually imply 4 stars. However, the fourth star falls victim to the fact that the guest continues to be patronized when it comes to the payment method. Why is it not possible to accept all major credit cards in 2018? In remote Mongolia I can pay with Amex, but of course not here. Since the price monitor verdict, the costs have been analogous to all other cards including Maestro. There are no more excuses.
