Sadly very hit and miss food quality, with a tendency for the miss :( Terra: Reduction to 2 menu options really hurts Terra. Strange fixation on one of the options relying on meat substitutes or tofu. In general maybe 1/5 of the offered dishes are tasty and well made/thought out. Buffet often serves yesterday's food, which is fine, but MORE EXPENSIVELY by weight than the day before by plate. Buffet prices need to come down to reflect this! Lago Pizza: Probably the best, and most consistently tasty offering in Qadra (though one can't eat pizza 5 times a week). Some inconsistencies in under/overdonnes during peak times. Also, the toppings could be spread a bit more equally across the pizza in general. Nevertheless the best chance to find a satisfying meal in Q. Lago Asia: The move away from the free flow vegetables allows for more focused and more authentic dishes in theory, which is good. Sadly the execution of said dishes is most often very disappointing! Most dishes do not even remotely resemble their authentic versions in taste or ingredients. Big general lack in intensity of flavor and seasoning of almost every dish. Please make an effort for more authenticity!!! Lago Pasta: Tastes good and mostly consistent. Sadly the options are extremely lacking in variety. One meat/tomato and one cream sauce version with minimal variation. Pasta used to be THE highlight when Lago opened but now the lack of variety hurts badly. Lago Grill: Good. Expensive! One can't eat fries and pizza 5 times a week. Desserts: First 3/4 of 2023 outstanding and consistently delicious. Someone knows what they are doing! Sadly the consistency has decreased recently with more misses. Though the hits are still very good.

Quite OK for a cafeteria. Unfortunately, the service is constantly being reduced (no Mix-It at Asian, always Pak Choi as a side dish, pizza partly burnt, pasta not al dente, grilled meat only half warmed up, staff looks angry when menus want to be combined)

Quite ok for a canteen. Sometimes there are strange combinations in the dishes. It is very loud at peak times. The prices are sometimes incomprehensible, some dishes have a fair price, others are disproportionately expensive.

Huge selection and very good quality. The campus is modern and invites you to linger. Multicultural environment, exciting people and lots of small places to sit and work.

The worst workplace I have never had/experienced:/.. too much injustice and everyone wants to exercise power!!!!

I eat there every day. Always super fine menus and highly motivated staff. Keep it up.

A good canteen. If you really want a good lunch there are better options in Rotkreuz, but the service is good for the staff restaurant of a large corporation. There is still some room for improvement in the quality of the menus, but the staff is always very friendly.

Unfriendly service. Others were served before us even though we ordered first. Absolutely filthy store. McDonalds has better staff.

Cooking is very greasy and takes a lot of effort to meticulously count the main ingredient in each menu (e.g. 3 shrimp, 4 fish fingers, 5 chicken nuggets, etc.).

Former Roche canteen, now open to the public. A huge variety of food from Swiss to Asia to Italian kitchen.

There is almost no healthy option. All the meals are very oily or creamy.

Canteen for everyone, with really delicious food

My work canteen, but has been open to everyone for over a year. Very friendly staff, mostly good menus, always a large selection of salad buffets, but a little more expensive. Coffee downstairs in the green area is always excellent!

The Roche Diagnostics staff restaurant is run by Eldora and is open to the public. There is a large selection of menus every day (newly also vegetarian), including wok and grilled dishes, as well as pasta and pizza (all at a fixed price). There is also a warm buffet and a salad buffet (calculated by weight). - The dishes are beautifully prepared and taste good. It's always hard to resist the daily dessert.

You can now choose the portion size, which is great. Unfortunately, there is still room for improvement in terms of taste

- Open late almost every day even though people are already waiting. - Very disorganized despite opening too late. - Price/performance ratio leaves a lot to be desired. - Unmotivated employees.

Overall good selection and fair prices. Every now and then there are days when you overdo it with strange food like eggplant and Egyptian couscous, but most of the time you can find a normal dish that suits your taste.

OK for Roche internally, simply too expensive for the external ones for the quality. Extremely strange compilations are currently available again. 99% of the time you have to google what all the ingredients are because you've never heard of it. Why do you get a chicken schnitzel when the plan is to have a roast dinner. In addition, it is either not seasoned at all or oversalted. I have no problem with seasoning, but oversalting is very annoying. Most of the time - if at all - I go to the Lago because of course the higher quality food is available there. There are only two menus at Terra, and the buffet is simply not affordable. And somehow I always eat the same thing at the buffet (salad with a small warm side dish) because everything else is way too expensive. Why not a third menu? I used to go out to eat 3 to 4 times a week, now it's about 2 to 3 times a month, I only like to use the cafeteria.

Decreasing quality - cannot even begin to keep up with the previous concept (until 2016). Massive savings are made on the raw ingredients used.

Very positively surprised! Friendly staff, good food with a large selection. The food doesn't cost much at all and is freshly prepared! (At least it tastes fresh). Water is included free of charge. At lunchtime you should come before 12 p.m. so that you can still get a place.

Good varied cuisine with over 7 different main courses every day!

The food doesn't taste the same every day, bread rolls aren't fresh, sandwiches are made with bread rolls from the day before.

Depending on the day, sometimes better or worse, but the food is generally great!

I stopped going to Quadra, although the food is cheap I never liked it. Ended up going for the buffet, but the salads stuff is always from yesterday and the meat/fish is always overcooked and dry. The new one has always a vegi option and then carbs based food.

For my taste the price/performance ratio is not right. It has also happened several times that I said the version with tofu and I got the version with beef.

A nice variety of tasty offerings - hearty, healthy, vegetarian options always available; a choice of big lunch portions and a pay-by-weight buffet; a good price for the value; overall, a great place for lunch in Rotkreuz!

Eldora formerly Rochekantine. Fine and very cheap alternative to the other places to eat in Rotkreuz! Various daily menus for 8.50 Fr. for internal employees and 11.50 Fr. for external employees and a self-choice buffet for 3.80 per 100g. From 11:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. OK after that there are too many people! Two modern dining rooms in top design. I'd love to come back.

The lunch menu changes every day. There are 4 cuisines to choose from, ranging in price from 15 to 20 francs. Tasty and very filling.
