The only negative about this place is it has ruined my productivity at work. All I do is sit and daydream about the sausage croissant roll 🥐 and that apple strudel 🥧. If I end up getting fired, I’m moving to Interlaken and will likely apply to work here. We ate here four mornings in a row and I liked everything I tried. As if that wasn’t enough, the staff here make you feel like you’ve been coming in every morning for the past 15 years.

Amazing bakery. The staff was very kind and helpful. The different pastries and breads were delicious. Their sandwiches were perfect to grab in the morning and eat while out for the day. The breakfast pastries were really good. I only wish I lived next door. Definitely worth going to if you’re in the Interlaken area.

Incredibly delicious! We went there each morning during our four day stay. Everyone at the bakery was extremely kind and took great care of us. If you are staying in Interlaken, you need to stop here.

I’ve spent 5 days in interlaken, and every morning I went to this cozy and warm place. Everyone was very welcoming and you can tell customers love this shop by its atmosphere ✨everything was so delicious!! I’m gonna miss this swiss bakery 🙌🏼🇨🇭

Best bakery ever. People are very nice and make you feel warmed and happy just by entering there. Pastries are incredible and they have one specialty made for everyday which is written in the blackboard outside the door.
