It's been a while I had such an unprofessional and rude interaction at a food place. AFTER payment with credit card the owner literally went to argue with me about how much fees there are for them and how I should pay for these fees. She then proceeded to try to guilt me into paying 2 francs and expected to be tipped. She finished off the conversation with a nasty under tone of "hopefully nothing bad happens to you". Absolutely ridiculous and rude. It's your choice to accept the payment. If cards are such an inconvenience for you, then only take cash and take the financial hit of having less business. Food was mediocre at best, barely any options for vegetarians, prices slightly higher. Coffee was bad. Never again.

Perfect....Great friendly host couple...were able to enjoy a great brunch. We will be back!

The small meals, soup, cheesecakes etc. are highly recommended. Personal contact is very important here. Would love to come back

You are looking for a QUIET place to have something savory or sweet, this is it! An exceptional service made up of ultra warm and motivated women. After the hustle and bustle of skiing or bathing, nothing is more relaxing than this tearoom café located in the Alpentherme. The QUALITY is there. I recommend the “Home” hot chocolate

Very nice service, very good coffee, apple strudel and yeast particles. I brought the cups back without a POLTERABEND = probationary period passed, employment contract comes.

Great treats after much swimming. Prices are not cheap but good quality on the whole. No covered area to sit when it is raining. The proprietor spoke decent enough English.

A carac with unreported alcohol, for my 11 year old daughter: not great. And a raspberry macaron with just the “top lid” but not the bottom one. Damage. You might as well go buy pastries at Migros in this case.

Unfortunately company holidays are so long. I know it from before, it was always good, but unfortunately everything was too late between mid-April and May. Only a few restaurants, I won't be coming to Leukerbad these days

The manager and one of the waiters didn’t disclose the right price for the order and then was disrespectful with her tone. Unfriendly staff and quality of the food lacking. Leukerbad has usually friendly hotels outside of this exception.

Warm welcome and service We ate a sandwich with crumbling bread. Carac who had liquor 😖. Pain au chocolat and ham croissants very good but too bad it was pre-cooked.

Fresh baked goods and fine sweet pastries. The service is friendly and quick. The biscuits with the coffee are still homemade here (or at least they look like they are). Coffee is also available to take away.

Nice and well-located coffee shop right in the Alphentherme building (Roman bath). Friendly service and a good selection of products with some local specialties.

Ran into locked doors twice. And this despite high season, opening times on Google maps “open 7 days” and no information on the operator’s website. Your own fault ;)

The star above the minimum is given for the friendly service, not the food. We came here for breakfast (19.50Fr) and I'm really shocked at the poor quality. Only the small Birchermüesli was delicious. Bread, juice and the crushed Hero-Gonfis, a disaster. For the same price you can enjoy great breakfast buffets with regional selections in Leukerbad. At the next table someone ordered coffee and it looked okay. out of. Plus the atmosphere is nice. But never breakfast here again

Our visit to Cafe Galleria was driven by sheer hunger. But then........., we were simply overlooked by the staff present ☹️. It was only through our intervention that we got attention and the menu. One meal of minestrone and goulash soup (both from a can) satisfied the hunger; But enjoyment tastes different. Well, their stomachs were full and their wallets were empty, so what. From our point of view, the cafe can only be recommended to a limited extent.

We bought today, 25.10.2019, 2 Appfelstrudels, to take away! They were dry and disgusting! Too bad for your reputation! We'll go buy elsewhere!

Very pretty tea room with very welcoming staff. There are also books and small games available for children.

Choice of pastries and very rich bread. However, soft nut cake and without much taste. Crispy shortbread but without a buttery taste, unusual for a biscuit.
