One of the best bakers in the region! All the breads I've tried so far taste great. Only those who value craftsmanship can do this. Don't do large-scale productions. SIMPLY VERY FINE!

Even if you buy a croissant at lunchtime, it is fresh and not dried out like in other bakeries.😉 The Ruchbrot, no matter what type or shape, is my absolute favorite, it lasts so long, the taste is amazing, it's unbelievable how airy and fresh the bread is, simply recommended! The warm, friendly and open nature of the saleswoman in store 1A! Keep it up!❤

Small, fine Beck with delicious Ruchbrot, rolls, pastries and much more. We are new in Suhr and really enjoy going to the Gasser.

An institution when it comes to craftsmanship and quality. Very friendly sales staff and the boss herself is also behind the counter :) On Friday, customers line up to get their hands on one of the fine selections. Try the spinach or apple tart (with split apples, of course). I'm always happy when I'm in the area. PS: There isn't a huge selection of bread types. Have you ever wondered how a baker can offer so many different varieties? I just say ready-made mixes with lots of magic powders. You can forget that at the Gasser bakery. Good craftsmanship is still practiced there with professional pride. And no...I have nothing to do with this bakery! I'm just a happy customer :)

Yes, that's a Beck. This wonderful stretcher bread, which is available on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5 a.m., is awesome for me. As before, let the dough rise for 48 hours.
