Very unfriendly staff who don't want to give any information about allergens. It can't be the case that not a single bread is lactose-free. I'd rather go to Migros, where everything is clearly written down.

A biscuit should be served with coffee. Nothing easier than in a bakery.

Bought today at Volg, Patisserie from Konditorei Zingg, Japonais...my God, a dream! I never thought it was possible, the best I've ever had and above all so fresh! My congratulations 🙌🏻

What a pity. The quality of the bread and the selection are excellent in the branch in Hinterkappelen. But what you should teach the staff is to greet their customers on Sunday mornings and not just stare at you until you make a request. But good manners are learned at home. And unfortunately no longer at work. Then we'd rather buy the bread again on Saturday at Lidl.

With such a fun selection... what should I choose? 😋

Unfortunately, the staff is often unfriendly and gives the impression that they don't want to work at all. Certain people are simply not cut out for customer contact.

Very good products and friendly employees. The concept of 1/2 price products is also very nice so that they don't have to be thrown away.

Very unfriendly service from employees every time. Sorry that I don't know by heart when which pastry is in season and then get blamed for it when I ask. Paying is particularly difficult, sometimes it's an old ten-dollar bill, sometimes it's just cash, etc. I get the impression that they don't want to sell me anything.

Super fine Schwänli pralinées and a very good bakery with a very nice tea room in Uettligen and good service! I'm always very happy about the shop window! I'm thrilled that I can always buy such special gifts here, which everyone is very happy about and praises! (Schwänli, hedgehogs, tarts, books about Lake Wohlen, etc.) I highly recommend them to everyone!
