Bäckerei Schwyter in St. Gallen

I shop at the bakery every morning. And I have to say the lady with the red hair is just a professional. Always really friendly and attentive. And unfortunately that is no longer a given these days. I would like to thank the young lady for the fresh, friendly service, as a customer I will be happy to come back. Keep it up...

This morning I went shopping with a friend and the service wasn't very friendly. My friend buys bread, flat cakes, a café to go and a summit. She sat down at a table outside when my waitress came rushing outside and asked my friend to move away from the table because she had "only" bought a café to go and they weren't open yet. None of the tables were occupied. We were speechless and walked away. I will definitely not buy anything from this bakery again. (regular customer). Thankfully there are several very good bakeries in the city with very friendly service. Riccarda Fischer
