The behavior of the bouncers is underground. I definitely won't come back here.

This club has a very bad reputation, but we decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, the negative experiences began with the very aggressive and unfriendly bouncers and continued inside. The overall experience was disappointing and left a lot to be desired. In addition, the club was sparsely attended and the drinks are expensive. Just stay away from this place if you are looking for a good club.

The bouncers behaved violently and even physically attacked us. It is hoped that the club takes guest reviews seriously and takes appropriate action. The majority of negative reviews relate to the extremely aggressive and violent behavior of the bouncers. Such a reception by such people does not leave a good impression of the club.

Is very expensive. All the employees in the restaurant and outside the door are disrespectful and arrogant. I cannot recommend this disgusting place.

Worst club in the world. I was aggressively slapped in the face for wearing TRAINERS (by Karl Lagerfeld) and can‘t hear well on the left ear since. Called the police but that didn‘t help. I‘m speechless that physical abuse is tolerated like this.

I was here on Saturday October 7th, 2023. I had previously looked at the reviews, which also contained criticism. Therefore, I paid particular attention to these points. I was in the club with my companion after 2 minutes. The staff at the door was friendly and quick. Just as I would expect from a professional door staff. We were always served quickly at the bar. There was nothing to complain about here either, quite the opposite. The selection of drinks is extensive, suitable for a club for adults :-) At around 3 a.m. we went out for some fresh air. The bouncers professionally turned away latecomers who wanted to enter the club when they were drunk. That's a good thing and maintains the atmosphere in the club. Nobody needs drunk people who can no longer control themselves after a good evening. We really liked the smoking area, it still offers enough space even late at night and is a clear plus for this location. There are also hot dogs for those late-night “emergency hunger” that serve their purpose deliciously. The guests we met were all really fine. A mixed audience of around 20 to 50 years old. We'll definitely come back. To the club management and staff, please keep it up... We had a great evening in an undisturbed and safe environment. Thank you! Mark

Bad picture for St. Gallen and Switzerland. I wanted to give friends, good work colleagues and guests from far away South Africa a great last evening in Switzerland and had to realize how racism also occurs in Switzerland. Very bad memory and a bland aftertaste for the last evening of a great long stay in Switzerland. I'm ashamed of the bouncer from the evening of July 7, 2023. Shameful for the club and for Switzerland. Pooh!

For all employees employed by this store, the rating is far above minus. Arrogant, disrespectful and cheeky. The DJ gets one star because at least something is going on here with his music. Basically a cool shop, but all the employees would have to be replaced because nobody knows what friendliness means.

I wanted to go with you my friend had a bit of fun, but we were banned from it by the rude bouncer because he just thought it was too late to come in at 2.05am.

Unprofessional bouncers and disappointing club visit When I decided to spend a night at the club with my friends, I expected a happy and carefree time. Unfortunately, my anticipation was quickly dashed by the incompetent and unfriendly bouncers, who turned out to be a real complex. When we arrived at the club we were first greeted by the scowling bouncers who seemed to have decided in advance not to let us in. Our expectations of having a memorable experience were quickly marred by their unprofessional approach and lack of courtesy. It seemed as if the bouncers were arbitrarily deciding who was allowed in and who wasn't. There were no clear guidelines or standards to which they adhered. Instead, they seemed to abuse their power to lord it over the guests and judge them as they saw fit. This subjective behavior is unacceptable and contradicts the purpose of a public facility such as a club where people should come together to have fun. Not only were the bouncers unfriendly, but they also showed a clear lack of knowledge about how to treat guests. Her rude comments and arrogant attitude were insulting and degrading. It is unfortunate that such individuals have the job of ensuring the safety and well-being of guests. I firmly believe that a club should be a place where people feel welcome and safe. However, the experience I had with these bouncers taught me the opposite. It is disappointing to see a place that is supposed to be a refuge from everyday stress and worries ruined by poor staffing decisions and lack of staff training. I sincerely hope that the club's management takes these criticisms seriously and takes appropriate measures to ensure that such negative experiences are avoided in the future. Bouncers need to be better trained and educated on how to treat guests respectfully and professionally. This is the only way the club can improve its reputation and create a pleasant atmosphere in which guests can actually celebrate and feel comfortable. Overall, my visit to the club was a disappointing experience due to the arbitrary, incompetent and unfriendly bouncers. I hope other potential guests read this review and think twice about investing their time and money in a place that clearly has little value for its guests.

Arriving at the entrance, the bouncers with trivial reasons denied us entry. After an argument with the bouncers it was inferred that the lack of access is linked to our nationality. I didn't think I lived in 1940

Very bad.. I wanted to have a party on Saturday and celebrate my wife's birthday with a couple of friends. During the check he refused us entry because supposedly only people with a male background were allowed in. We noticed that it was racist because there were only a few Latinos. That's disappointing. Hence thumbs down.

Bad beer.... Offering Fledschlösschen in St.Gallen is a presumption! On top of that, it's only available in a 2.5 dl glass -.- The highlight is that the only Schüga they offer is still unrefrigerated and costs CHF 8.-- Conclusion: just bad!

Quite ok - the big negative point is the open smoking room, which according to the employee "cannot be closed because of the ventilation". It smells like smoke and doesn't meet the specifications. Disgusting!

I’m currently waiting for the avicii event and the line has not moved in an hour. I even payed for my ticket and they are still taking so long to let us in. It’s ridiculous. Honestly, this is a very bad first impression of the club.

Beautiful dance location, rustic with wood. With smoking room. Cool drinks. When it's full, it's hard to get to the toilet or the exit. Service was top.

Went to the club for the first time yesterday. And never again. We waited outside for about 40 minutes. Waited at the bar for 20 minutes to order a few drinks. The girls were slow and extremely unfriendly behind the bar. Men were served first. And the hammer is still to come. My colleague can read sign language and can also read lips. And what does she see as service about guests, including us. Even though we showed decency, didn't bother anyone or look for problems. So by far the worst service!!!

Entry is unnecessarily drawn out. The bouncers think they are something better. Had to show three different IDs and then wasn't allowed in after queuing for 45 minutes. The club itself is okay, but this place needs to think about something when it comes to admission. I was at Alpenchique for the last time last Saturday

I am a student at the University of St. Gallen. I wanted to get in. But I couldn’t. Do you know why? Because a guy with tatoos all over his face standing in front of the entrance had a problem with The word “bro”. I sincerely asked him “can we get in, bro?” He told me I insulted him with that word. do you guys have any idea why he would do it!! I have no clue. He was highly obnoxious and insulting, which resulted in me using some angry words, too, in the end.

02/27/2022: Disastrous operation, I waited for over 10 minutes, the serving nozzle has been frogging for a while now and it's just broken where I'm told it's not at all ok at 180!!!!!

The best in SG if you don't feel like going to kindergarten and listening to music 😅

If you are looking for a club in St. Gallen after 2 a.m., after most bars close, you should avoid Alpenchique. In order to make the member subscription, which is sold via the website, more attractive, the waiting time for guests without membership is deliberately lengthened. After waiting at least 45 minutes, you are then let into a club that is not full. Not everything is great there, but it's bearable. However, it's not worth the wait.

From 3 dl of beer to 2.5 dl!!!!!!

Music bar what more could you want. It is precisely this location that delights its guests with an upscale ambience and very well thought-out music including a cool DJ. The smoking area is not hidden or boozy like in other bars, no, it is in close proximity to the dance floor and offers very comfortable seating. The bar has also developed its own drink, which I'm told tastes great with vodka and the like.

A great shed. Maybe it's because of my memory what I think of this facility, but it was good. Fair prices, good music, decent people.

Good club in St. Gallen - Unfortunately the music isn't particularly good. Drink prices at the upper limit (even for non-alcoholic drinks).

Drink prices that are too expensive, a catastrophic DJ, exorbitant prices, extremely unfriendly security! Wtf!?!?! Shame on you, but really! Club much too small; In the event of an emergency, several deaths must be expected because there are too few emergency exits. (#terror ? #readytodie ? )
