Actually a nice Beck. The only one in the village. However, service was very unfriendly every time. When I wanted to pay by card earlier (yes, that's how they do it these days) I was answered with a sigh and an "aah". I was served unfriendly. And it wasn't the first time!

On Saturday September 18th, 21 we were able to make Berliner for the Dürntner Märt thanks to the support of the Rathgeb Bakery. In addition to the Berlin dough pieces, the bakery also provided us with the machine to make them. This resulted in very fine and very good Berliners. The bakery staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can warmly recommend this bakery.

It's just terrible!! I just want to buy a little something and then I bought this and that... 😅 I can't say what I like best... so far everything has been great. And a huge, huge thank you for the Kümmeli... I'm a native of Dortmund and there's a specialty in bars there. They call it salt cake there. It's just a caraway that is coated with a special sausage. That would be the onion sausage. These are available, praise God, in Pfäffikon at the butcher Hotz. Funnily enough, one of the butchers there is the son of the village butcher from the town I'm from. (Detlef, I greet you from here). From a culinary point of view, life around Bauma is really very good 👍
