Very bad service, the employee became aggressive when I wanted a coffee and wanted some more sugar, because she spilled half the coffee and sold it to me anyway. Very disrespectful, I'm disappointed.

Actually a good bakery. Unfortunately the price is not so good.

Good food with terrible service. Employees are very stubborn and hostile to customers. You come into the restaurant and have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and take your order. There is sometimes a confusion when it comes to payment and if you don't pay attention, you end up paying for a drink too much. Since there aren't many other options for lunch in Manegg, the staff can afford it here. I really hope that a good Italian will soon open a restaurant next door and do his work with passion. For me, Wüst is just Wüest when it comes to service!

This bakery offers a nice variety of fresh options. We tried a Berliner, a croissant, a cappuccino, and a Dreikönigskuchen. Each item was notably fresh and well-prepared. Unfortunately, I was accused of not being allowed to eat a new order at the counter in the restaurant. But we had already been in the restaurant for half an hour and ate there. Next time I'll have to say that in advance. ???! No, the service has to ask me that!!! It's part of service. This leaves you with an expensive bill and a bad feeling. I won't be coming back to you again.

The portion of scrambled eggs was very tasty and very large, the roll was really crispy and the salmon was also great. Cappuccino also tasted very good. Happy to come back!

Good tea room and restaurant associated with the Italian atmosphere. Excellent "Grande Cappuccino". Quiet outside of meal times, ideal for home office with stable WiFi and several 220V sockets. And get BLICK newspapers for the break, bravo! Grazie mille.

Be sure to always check your change and receipts. It has often happened to me that employees “accidentally” charged more or gave too little in return.

The service was very unfriendly towards a tourist who didn't speak German. He didn't understand the amount for the coffee, the woman didn't want to accommodate him and continued to answer back in German. In the end he only had euros with him, which she didn't accept yet. In the end I paid him for the coffee, but I don't understand why this saleswoman had to act so antisocially. Apparently not everyone has learned decency... it's a shame

Unfriendly service. I ordered a cappuccino, but was given an espresso with a little coffee cream. She was very unmotivated, so I assume she didn't feel like making a real cappuccino. After I ordered my coffee, she asked directly if I was paying by card, although I would have liked to have bought something sweet. Said and done, she presented both to me very carelessly. It's a real shame, otherwise the location would be great.

Wow! This place was the best. Mike and Vincenzo were always so very helpful and kind. We (us two parents + 6 kids) stayed at the nearby Meininger Hotel and decided to skip their breakfast option. I’m so glad we did, as Wüst had wonderfully fresh and plentiful options. We ate ant Wüst every morning during our one week stay. Grazie Mike e Vincenzo per tutto!

It is a mega large shop for household items from the basic ones open the embellishments {point} I think it is a place that is not exactly detailed in the route for example to be taken in this giant shop. As far as furniture accessories are concerned all it has are furniture that they can last three or four years for what they cost.

It's really a disgrace to sell a few brown lettuce leaves for over 15 as take-away.

This would have been a nice place, the bakery is actually quite good, but... The service is just bad, unfortunately. Apart from being usually unfriendly, they seem to be on a mission to teach everybody German at any cost, via snarky interactions and rudeness. For the staff: You are in an area with several international companies, several hotels and blocks of flats often rented to workers who don't intend to stay forever. Many of us don't speak German well enough, but we usually speak English, and usually a bunch of other languages. We speak English with you because it's the language both sides can understand, because we are in a shop trying to buy things. You understand perfectly well, but you refuse to meet us half way, making every interaction a massive pain. Stop doing that. Please.

Visited this place a few times while in Zurich this week and their service was excellent. Mike and Theresa who were very helpful and courteous whenever we visited the bakery. Thank you for making our visit to Zurich such a great memory. Cheers and will visit again.

Although the coffee in the cafe was good, I would like to complain about the discriminatory treatment I experienced. Despite the higher price I paid for my coffee, I wasn't offered enough service. I had to collect my coffee from the counter myself and was given a paper cup, while other customers received glass coffee cups. I have reason to believe that this was a discriminatory action. I demand fair and equal treatment of all customers, regardless of their identity.

Yesterday I had lunch at the Filanda Bakery Wüst in Zurich. The paccheri all'anduja were excellent. The service was perfect. I was served very friendly and courteously. It is really recommended to stop there.

Despite being located in an industrial suburban area, the service offered is very attractive for the needs of customers and the staff demonstrates the competence of their service. Given the excellent performance of service capacity and the varied amount of choice of goods is highly recommended.

The food (pizzeria) is ok/ good. The bread of the bakery is not so great. The service quite often is really not friendly (long wait times, no apology and borderline rude interactions).

Can't understand the criticism of the staff. I go there regularly and have always been treated promptly and courteously. Food and baked goods are very good.

Yesterday I had dinner in this wonderful restaurant. I had a very good Italian style carbonara. The staff was very polite, although the waitresses found a seat for me, very nice. I can highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely come again .

Small bakery with restaurant. Nice atmosphere and good food (pizza, pasta, fresh pastries, soups and cakes plus a couple of changing dishes every week). Everything was very clean and tidy. All in all, delicious Italian cuisine at moderate prices. Take away possible. Very friendly staff. Warm food on Sundays until 5 p.m.

At the La Filanda-Manegg branch, some of the employees are unfriendly and rude. That's a shame because the food is good and the branch is very pleasant. We won't come back because the situation with the staff doesn't change. It's not the first time we've had a bad experience at this branch.

Wanted to have a coffee and eat a croissant at 11:20 a.m. The lady at the counter (also very unfriendly) told me that you could only sit if you ordered à la card. It's a shame that not all customers are equally welcome here, but apparently only those who spend more money. I then walked out again without coffee and probably won't go there again.

Top products, very large points deduction for the rip-off prices and what feels like the 10th price increase in the last few months. Yes, the Wüstfabrik, with its soon to be 100 branches, is riding the everything-has-become-more-expensive-so-we-demand-more wave - obviously the price of petrol is also generously taken into account here, but nobody is demanding that you have to cart the bread from the other end of Lake Zurich... And the neighboring Kuhn manages to sell his St. Gallerbrot from the more distant Toggenburg for CHF 3.60, the Zurich Stocker for CHF 3.20. And both are significantly better. Above all, one wonders why Wüst claims that the bread is made from dark flour and it is snow white, so it is probably also made from the cheaper flour. CHF 4.15 is simply far too much for that, a disgrace. All other products have also become more expensive and no, not everyone suddenly earns as much more as they have in the last few months.

Food good, prices high, friendliness non-existent.

The staff is very rode and unprofessional at all they want me to pay the check after I have finished my breakfast directly. I went too many Italian restaurants but this cafe was a disappointment.

Totally the worst service ever. Staff is unfriendly and they will ask you to pay and leave right after you finish ordering. All the staff give you a bad looks when they see that you are done with your drink or food. This is totally unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very rude. Once we finished they wanted us to leave even though the place was not crowded. One of the staff even came to us and asked us if she can get us the check. Very bad experience.

Generally a nice bakery but the selection is unfortunately very much outdated. Despite being in a modern & eco-conscious neighborhood, the selection of vegan baked goods is non-existent (apart from plain loafs of bread). I wish they had vegan sweet pastries, zopf & gipfeli, sandwiches etc. Any other bakery in Zurich has a reasonable selection and it’s a shame that this is not the case in Greencity. EDIT: I was told by staff a few months ago that the Maisbrötli and the Brezel is vegan. Last week I was told by another staff member that they most certainly aren’t. After checking on the website myself, I can see that they don’t have a single product (except some breads), that are vegan. Such a shame!

Good selection, basically also for lunch. It starts with the fact that you can't order the food advertised on the neon sign at the checkout. Either you stand in line forever for a sandwich that is almost sold out at 12 p.m. and/or you sit outside and order. Which unfortunately only takes 20 minutes to wait until you order and then another 20 minutes until the carelessly prepared food arrives (soup/salad). It's also expensive. The branch has completely taken over with all the seating and the chef is either alone or slow. The staff admitted that they were overwhelmed and questioned the concept and human resources. It's a shame but never again at lunchtime.

Food & location top. Unfortunately the staff wasn't great at all. More friendliness and proactivity would be very desirable. Unfortunately, everything always takes forever. It's very annoying that Italian is always spoken and that many employees sometimes have trouble understanding what you want. Such a shame! Sometimes I also have the feeling that I am “disturbing” with my order because I am usually served in a very annoyed manner. And getting served outside requires a lot of luck. A smile costs nothing...

The people who work there now do an excellent job, are very accommodating to customers and super friendly! A special compliment to the head chef (Antonio), who always responds flexibly to special requests! Great cuisine! Management should now ensure that employees are satisfied. They have a very good pizza. Their bread is very tasty and of very high quality. English: I added three additional stars (from 2 to 5) to my old review. The restaurant went back to the beautiful and friendly staff! The people working there now do a brilliant job, very close to the client and super friendly! Special commendation to the chef (Antonio) for always being flexible with special wishes! Great cooking! The management should make sure now to keep their staff happy. They have a very good pizza. Seriously, one of the best pizzas in the Zurich area. Unfortunately, not open in the evenings, not even for take away which is a huge missed opportunity in an area full of apartments not well served from good pizza couriers. The staff used to be better when they first opened, but they were soon replaced with some less friendly people although the surly staff has gotten a bit friendlier over time.

It’s unfortunate that is the main coffee/restaurant/bakery in manegg. If there were other options they would not survive: 1- The bread is not good, I bought 1 baguette here and my jaw still hurts from trying to eat it. The butterzopf from Migros is better. They really should review their recipes… and maybe getting vegan/gluten free options as well. 2- remaining food is very average, I prefer to order pizza than to go here. Specially due to the next point 3- the staff is very bad 90% of the time, lately there was a very nice lady and before there was a younger girl that was nice as well, all other staff have at some point been rude, impolite to me or just completely ignored me. I ended up going here as last resort and was always anxious to go because of how rude and impolite they are. The zimtknopfli and the gipfeli are good.

Food here is not bad, pricy though. Coffee was a bit on the average side. Spacious place with outdoor seating and near the station which is good. Some staff are helpful and nice, some are not. Has a bathroom for customer use only

Would be great if we didn’t feel like we disturb when we arrive in the backerei. 2 persons of the staffs are really unrespectful with customers and clearly hate working… Otherwise the bread is good

It would be a very nice bakery and restaurant if the staff was friendlier and if it did not give the impression that they are bothered by the clients.

Sandwiches are fine, Zurich ones are inexpensive.

I'm there often and every time there is something bad with the staff. Once I ordered a coffee with milk and a coffee cream came. I said it and the lady said very rudely that it wasn't true and just gave me some milk and sent me away. NO MORE BUTTER PUMPS ON SUNDAY AT 8:00 AM... The woman there is still very RUDE and said I was late... AT 8:00 AM ON SUNDAY. These are only 2 times that I describe, but there were other things... and all of them are always very unfriendly... it's a shame because the croissants and the bread are very tasty but I'm slowly getting tired of this behavior and don't want to shop there anymore go.

The products and the concept are great. The implementation by the staff is sometimes very challenging.

We've been out to eat several times. But recently it has waned. This is the second time that limited food is available. Today just pizza and salad. When we wanted to dine outside we were immediately informed of the limited menu. The lady mentioned that today is a holiday and the boss has not provided any staff. Today, Saturday, is not a holiday, I mentioned. Then came the answer that you are not robots. How? When we wanted to order the lady told us everything verbally. I asked for a card. She went and got a card. But there were two of us. We decided on the pizza. Coke Zero and a bar. A similar cola was served since Cola Zero is not served and a beer that I don't know. Couldn't you provide this information before service? The table was not set. The fork and knife don't look like they've been cleaned well. Pizza was good though. We're okay with eating, but as a guest you don't feel welcome. We won't be in such circumstances again.
