This is called cultural appropriation when someone steals recipes from a culture/tradition and then invents additional things, like burek with Nutella and strawberries. Burek is a traditional dish only from Bosnia and not Serbia.

Was there today at 5:15 p.m., was closed even though it is open until 6:00 p.m. Likewise at Balkan Office 2, I drove specially and the internet there also said it was open until 8 p.m. and it was closed. A pity

I have to say I'm disappointed. Even if the burek are in order, you can only have yoghurt once. I expected that to be the case. Salespeople are unmotivated and sit on their cell phones. There is practically no advice. The spinach burek is almost completely seasoned and the meat is almost firm. It's really good cheese, it's all cheese. If you think about paying almost 40CHF for a large burek, I find that worrying.

The service is quite nice, but when I pay 8.50 or more for a burek I EXPECT freshness and not one that tastes stale as if it were 2 days old! At first they were 7 francs then suddenly 8.50 and since then I have never been there again. Making a burek costs no more than CHF 10 for a whole tray. I understand that employees, location etc. have to be paid, but that would also work with CHF 6.-. But unfortunately the owners have to drive the latest cars and carry the latest luxury bags and in order to be able to continue to finance this, you are just taking the customers out even further. Even seen because of the cars, bags, they really have to show off regardless of whether there are customers there and in SCHWAMENDINGEN! But what I noticed is that I'm not the only person who thinks like that. It's almost empty there and it's mostly only visited by people you know. I wouldn't be surprised if the burek is now CHF 15 😂... be customer friendly, lower the prices and don't show off in front of your customers.

Bought burek beef and a yoghurt shari about 15 minutes ago. Ate on the way home. Burek was cold and dry. Proud price of 10 Fr. Paid too much for very little quality. Yoghurt Shari 3Fr. Not proportionate for two sips. It's a shame I was there today and I'm not going anymore. 😑

Anyone who has never eaten a real Börek should never go here. This is definitely the worst börek I've eaten. The dough is dripping with fat and the cheese tastes like it came from a 3D printer. I had to throw away the Börek, which has a hefty price tag. In addition, the operation is completely lackluster. No go! I would like to give zero stars...

Burek is really like ours, especially the one from Zlatibor! I am giving four stars because of the baklava e cupavac, which were not good.

We've got a Burek at the Zurigo HB station, so good. For this pot you can eat a little bit of carne and also the prezzo mi sembrava eccessivo. CHF 9.50 before a piece of Borek, so piccolo with sono sembrati troppi I had a burek at Zurich HB, it was very good. Maybe there could have been a little more meat in it, and the price also seemed excessive to me. CHF 9.50 for such a small piece of borek seemed too much to me.

Employee at the main train station totally overwhelmed. She was all alone, about 8 people were standing in line. Unfortunately, Burek was too cold. All other types were not ready because there was not enough staff to look at and operate the oven. . 2-3 customers also left. Just too long of a wait.

Good for eating on your own, good for eating with friends, you can even combine multiple burek flavors in a box. They have meat, vegetarian and vegan options. And the bureks are excellent with yoghurt. More recently we also tried the desserts. A big range and very interesting options! The personnel is always friendly and nice. It's always a pleasure to come by.

Bureks and the sweet dishes are very tasty and you feel a little at home. However, the Shari yogurt doesn't work at all, a different one was promised (imlek)

Quite delicious desserts on a Sunday afternoon. While jogging we bought three different sweets that we took home with us. My wife doesn't particularly like sweet baked goods, which is why the advice from the lady from the Balkan office was very helpful. Everything was great and we would love to come back!

Unfortunately not recommended at all. The taste is still ok, but the waiting times are very long despite the lack of customers, and the overview of the sellers is very poor. Customer-oriented work is absolutely non-existent. The reopening in Hirzenbach gave hope, but the same problems there on opening day, absolute catastrophe. Stay away from the shops as long as there is no improvement in sight.

First of all, I would like to mention that I did it yesterday morning and they were so nice and prepared 2 sweet burgers for me for lunch. Thank you for replying to the documents at such short notice. It's funny that I served an apple burek with salt instead of sugar...😅😂 Of course unintentionally. Employees are extremely cooperative and apologize every once in a while. I normally have a whole burek with different types + 2 pieces of chäsburek for free. She even gave it to me until I got to the store. The shop is just around the corner, but just +/- 20 km away. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they react and deal with them is really great. That would have impressed me a lot. I would just like to explain that because of some mistakes, they always have to be given a bad rating. It's human nature to make mistakes. What's important is how we deal with it. Mistakes or not, employees and the various sweet Börek received a total of 5 stars from me and as a customer I couldn't help but lose myself. ✌🏼 Happy Weekend😌🙃

I was quite pleasantly surprised! As the burek is a fairly simple dish, I usually do not expect a big variance in taste. But this one was definitely one of the best I have had! Delicious!

Wow! Best burek!! We ordered three different bureks and took them to friends as souvenirs. They were thrilled and had never had such fine burek in Switzerland! The burek are awesome! Since these are made fresh every day, it is only the quantity that was produced in the morning, so it is best to get it in the morning or order/reserve it in advance.
