Bamboo Delivery & Take Away Erlenbach in Zürichsee (ZH)

Absolute fraud, ordered food two weeks ago. Was not delivered, calls and emails were not responded to! NOT RECOMMENDABLE

Food ordered for CHF 90.— was not delivered. No answer on the phone or email. They are scammers, don't order here!!

It used to be good, but today it's just a rip-off and inadequate. Malaysian chicken curry with 4 pieces of chicken for CHF 22.-, are you serious? Pepper Angus beef with 6 pieces of shredded beef and fried noodles for 27.-...Ebi Fry raw on the inside and cold on the outside dripping with fat, 3x satay chicken kebabs as measly as possible for 10.- Got worse and worse with each order. Now we're done with Bamboo.

Up to this point I have always had a great experience with the food and delivery services too!

I’ve been ordering here for the past 3 years. Unfortunately the food quality has been getting worse. Today, the fried duck was mostly skin and burned, the Chop Suey chicken, which is not cheap, had 3 small pieces of chicken. Thought that I got unlucky last time but today the same experience. Guess that is time to move on. Pity as it used to be good. Unfortunately cannot recommend it anymore

Delivery was fast, food very average. Stick to simple dishes like fried rice or noodles which were okay. Their Szechuan beef is an insult so Sichuan province but then again no take away in Switzerland seems to be able to cook this dish properly

Perfect place for students/schoolchildren who want to spend a cheap but delicious chilled date or romantic evening

There are so many black sheep among delivery services that you have to hold on to the good ones even more. Dishes top, fresh, hot and delivered within 20 minutes. Even the fried one is hot and crispy. Everything is nicely packaged, no plastic. Had good experiences both here and in Rappi. Keep it up.

Very cheaply and unenthusiastically made Asian food. Noodles with frozen vegetables (and peas) and soy sauce as the only "spice". Very disappointing, tiny portions. EDIBLE but I do not recommend.

Ordered 2x chop suey and 1 red curry via delivery service yesterday. The food was delivered very quickly and was also very hot! Unfortunately, it was a flop that the portion size didn't correspond to what we expected according to the picture; Chop Suey: 2-3 wheels of carrots, 2-3 wheels of zuccetti, 2-3 broccoli and unfortunately the sauce had been in abundance for a while. We were looking forward to lots of fresh vegetables... The curry, on the other hand, was very good - but the portion could have been a little larger. When I wanted to warm up the fried rice today, I found various small carrot peels in the rice - you definitely don't want that in your food...! I know Bamboo differently - what a shame! We include the tip. Not anymore.

I always eat there after training (super delicious), I am always well served, large portions, always extras, Sergio is super friendly! Always happy to come back!

Good portion size. The food so-so. I ordered sweet and spicy beef. There is a different dish in the photo. There are two chillies listed in the menu, but the food is not spicy at all. The sauce is a normal sweet and sour sauce, which disappointed me because I thought it was something different (otherwise I would have ordered sweet sour). The sauces are extremely liquid. I wouldn't order here again.

Very tasteful food and will order again. However, the portions are quite small... Otherwise, great quality! Hope they deliver larger portions in the future (more curry, less rice).

For the first time I ordered from Bamboo and I am very impressed! Delivery time approx. 30 minutes - TOP Food still very hot - TOP Courier very nice - TOP Very generous portions - TOP Taste wise - TOP Super well packaged - TOP Even with two fortune cookies, awesome! Will definitely order again, very satisfied. If the delivery to Feldmeilen was adjusted to a minimum order of 20.00, then I would definitely have ordered more often. At 30.- it's rather too high and "affordable" about once a month. Thanks Bamboo Team, keep it up. :-)

Our first experience with Bamboo in Erlenbach: Very good food, fast delivery and also very friendly. Probably the first time that a delivery person was positively surprised by the tip and was so happy. When our call wasn't answered there, they called us back, which we also rated as very positive. We ordered spring rolls, a chicken curry and a pasta dish. Everything was very tasty, especially the curry. The chicken was also very tender. We will order again and can wholeheartedly recommend Bamboo in Erlenbach.

Very good. The food is always very tasty. Staff always do their best and are very friendly. Nicely decorated restaurant.

Nice service, but unfortunately the food was a disappointment. I hope that was just a one-day low. Although I was very hungry, I could only eat the vegetable fried rice. I had to leave the chicken and the tom kha gai. Very unfortunate.

Food is great...... there are better take aways

On time, fresh, hot, and beautifully packaged without plastic. I'm a new regular customer.

3x home delivery and every time the food was very good! From the satay wok dish with chicken/vegi, chop suey or the Vietnam rolls - great taste and still hot. Also delivered within 30-40 minutes for spontaneous orders over lunch. Only the beef was a bit dry - but the rest, as mentioned, was very good!

Curry and soup were super delicious! Delivery quick. Unfortunately, the fried rice was pretty tasteless and the spring rolls were pretty lean. But I will order again 😉

Good for take away in the evening. Food is not bad and they are very nice. We ordered noodles, fried rice, chicken and curry. The restaurant has a bit of smell of fried food that stays on your hair and clothes for a while

If I could give zero stars I would. -Order 30 minutes late -Redtaurant instead of being reachable via telephone (the telephone answerer always comes) that's called professional? -Red curry tasteless, finished mixture is exactly the same, 2 baby corn, 2 zucetti but 15 cans of beets 🤢 that's called Thais?! You can still learn a lot! -Chopsuey is one more soup not disgusting🤢 - Supplier (courier) has no return money?!?!?! HELLO!! -Being self-employed on the Gold Coast requires professionalism and you 100% don't have that. My friends will definitely not come or order from you. - Fried rice, no egg in it, tastes like peas, no carrot cubes but canned beets on the menu. -The fortune cookies won't save you, keep them yourself, you can use them more than the Gold Coast residents.

Disappointing - red Thai curry without taste, loveless and has nothing to do with the “original”. Chicken Sweet & Sour with meaningless, just sweet (ready?) sauce. Some of the rice is still hard. We will not order here again

First; WOW, WOW, WOW... because I can say that I have tried one or two curries on this planet, BUT this green curry soup is so delicious!!!! Lonely top class as well as the red chicken curry simply BOMB!!! And now the “i pünktli” comes on top; the team was super friendly, fast delivery! We recommend!!!! Keep it up!!!!
