Bamboo Take Away & Delivery Werdenberg in Grabs

I have ordered there several times and have always been very satisfied. After today's experience, I can definitely not recommend this restaurant. Will not order there again! You wait 40 minutes for your order, only to get a call that unfortunately half of the order has run out. A call immediately after ordering would have been more than appropriate. It's a shame, but there are other better options.

We ordered for the third time today and it was definitely the last time. The first time everything was delicious and the second time we thought it might be a blip that one dish was completely inedible. Today we ordered wakame salad (7Fr, was edible), spare ribs (12Fr, sauce was great, but didn't save the meat), fried noodles with duck (24Fr, good quantity, a lot of meat in it (7Fr extra), however the duck was inedible. The meat was tough and a third consisted of wobbly fat.), Szechuan with duck (28Fr, very large portion, but strange smell, but better after removing the meat. Here too, the meat was absolutely inedible) It's a shame, but I don't see the quality that is constantly being touted here and is supposed to justify the high prices.

I'm a regular customer of this take-away establishment and since the new manager took over I've noticed some impressive improvements. The quality of the food continues to be excellent and now everything runs even more smoothly. The boss has a wonderful way of dealing with the employees, which affects the service. She is correct and honest in her management, which makes the overall experience more enjoyable for customers. I am impressed with her work and look forward to my next orders here

Food great, but delivery times are a disaster.

Although it was pre-ordered in the morning and delivery was scheduled for 12:00 p.m., it doesn't arrive until 12:30 p.m. The quality is very poor: in the Chicken SS with pineapple there is 1 small piece of pineapple, no more. The dough around the chicken and the spring roll was extremely sticky. Short conclusion: it was a break from the habit. Unfortunately.

We order regularly from Bamboo. The food is fresh, warm and very tasty. The portions are generous and delivery takes place in a very short time.

Really very tasty! We ordered sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour duck and red Thai curry with black tiger prawns. Instead of 2x sweet and sour sauce, we received 1x sweet and sour sauce and 1x a dark sauce, which was also very tasty! Instead of black tiger prawns there were normal prawns, but this didn't affect the taste. Delivery quick, food hot. Unfortunately they don't deliver to Triesenberg, which would be about the same distance as Balzers or Trübbach. Hopefully that will change soon, so we'll definitely be ordering more often!

Highly Recommended Ordered on Saturday evening around 7:30 p.m. - food arrived 17 minutes faster than the announced 39 minutes - hot and delicious. We had a vegetarian massaman curry and a vegetarian red curry - generous portions, both full and satisfied. :) We only ate the delicious salads we ordered (seaweed and white cabbage) on Sunday.

Food is hardly warm anymore, apparently this is part of everyday business at all take-aways😱 Ordered 1x spare ribs of 5 pieces for 12.-, found the bones, only the meat on them was missing. beef with onions and leeks; Relatively little meat, but quite tough, but a lot of leek and onion, so you can't tell that there was hardly any meat. Sauce almost like water, thin and hardly any taste. Sweet and sour duck was not convincing. Like beef, tough and bland, sauce usually with pieces of fruit and vegetables, here only 1 small. A piece of pineapple, a carrot slice or something similar was in the sauce. The messenger prefers to leave before I have the food in my hands. Plus, annoyed because of paying in cash and then he had to give change.... The bottom line for the first order was a 3 - very, very close 4 stars, this time with goodwill 2 stars, the food is no longer warm, is a known problem for all providers.

Everything fresh and super tasty!

The food was delivered on time, hot and tasted really good. The courier was very friendly. The only thing that didn't convince us was the beef. We definitely wouldn't order that again. Hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Ordered twice to different locations within a short period of time. Both times the delivery was on time and the food was still hot and very tasty. The online ordering process including direct online payment is perfect.

Positive: - Delivery time and punctuality - Gyzao: tastes good Negative: - Spare ribs: not fresh - Ebi Fry - baked shrimp: frozen garbage - Sweet and sour duck: very dry meat I can't quite understand why the prices are higher than comparable takeaways.
