Delicious patisserie, chocolates and savory pastries. Also various salads. Spelled braid and spelled bread, all handmade. Lunch with fresh salads is also great here.

Table by the window is ok but when the sun shines it is blinding and too warm. Otherwise the food is very good, varied and a very nice, competent staff.

Unfortunately very uncomfortable, the staff had no idea about the offer, it was given out twice. Children's syrup 1.50 is way too expensive! The four of us sat at a table and the lady pushed all the chairs around and then wiped between the chairs. While we drank coffee. That was very uncomfortable and disturbing.

Very nice branch. Was there recently for brunch, just great! The boss, Ms. Lena, was very friendly and accommodating, very competent! Clean furniture and well located.

We had been visiting their cafe for a long time. Unfortunately, we are increasingly noticing that the conditions are getting worse and the waiting time (today half an hour) until we could order something! If this continues, we will avoid your location in the future!

Lots of delicious products on offer. Salty and sweet, there is a large selection to suit every taste. The only thing that bothers us as regular customers is the high turnover of staff. It raises the question: How is staff dealt with in times of skilled labor shortages?

Good day I had breakfast with my girlfriend on Saturday morning. Until this morning I was actually convinced by your pastries and other offerings, but the breakfast was not satisfactory. One employee constantly scratches his face, runs his hands through his hair, etc., hygiene is different. Then the first thing that came was the coffee, which was no longer really hot when we received it, until the small breakfast, which was very sparse, and then could only be "enjoyed" cold. The Prosecco we ordered was brought to us in wine glasses because apparently there were no clean champagne glasses left. The service was friendly, but breakfast was simply served to us and we had to prepare our plates, cutlery, etc. ourselves. I think my review should be a suggestion to improve one thing or another, even if there are other positive reviews for you. Best regards

We had breakfast at 8:30 am on Saturday. Small breakfast with coffee. Ridiculous. Coffee was served 15 minutes before the sparse rest. Staff quite unhygienic, head scratching, eye rubbing, hair tying and all in the service area without washing hands. We're not coming anymore.

Great bakery, the coffee is moderately nice

As a regular customer, I was amazed when I was charged for the glass of water (2dl) with my coffee. According to management, this was discussed controversially many months ago in response to my review and unfortunately they have stuck with this doctrine to this day. A pity. There are some products that were already expensive and have now become more expensive again! The friendly staff changes very frequently?! Whatever you can say, I find the products appealing and delicious. At least it applies to the things I consume there.

I am a regular customer at the café. The boss is nice and friendly towards the staff. The atmosphere is better compared to 4 months. But during peak times between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., the service staff shouldn't provide the café themselves because they have enough work if they also have to clean the table for the next customer. The customers are usually under pressure and then they don't want to wait long. This is the only way they can increase sales. But keep it up, you'll never stop learning. F.L.

Bought an Epiphany cake yesterday for a whopping 9.50 (!!!!). The cake was dry and tasteless. In this price range I expect better quality than in discount stores.

24.10.2022 Until then I came occasionally for a coffee. A few weeks ago I wanted to order and let people know I was out. After 10 minutes of waiting I left. Today, I pick up a pastry, I see the saleswoman's fingers still dragging over the pastry. I point it out to her, she tells me that there are the papers that are there for that. My eyes are sharp, I can still see the fingers. I told him you have to use pliers, it persists on the paper. As much as not being served once can be assimilated to forgetting, but it is noted precisely for the faith where you end up with the case of dragging fingers. You refuse dogs inside for hygiene reasons, but when I see what I saw today, a dog is more hygienic than a human. Think about it in the future. The 3 stars is because so far I have found the staff friendly. However, when I read the comments from various subsidiaries, I note that many are disappointed by the service, perhaps this would be the time to question yourself and ensure that it does not get worse.

Better and friendlier in the past.

Magnificent store. Very kind staff. Large selection of breads, sandwiches, canapes and pastries. The homemade chocolates are excellent.

At the bakery I took a Granini orange juice from the fridge and sat down. The waitress told me that wasn't possible. I had to take 3dl of freshly squeezed orange juice for Fr. 5.40. The Granini from the fridge was take-away and cost Fr. 3.00. The boss told me the same thing. I just say it's a shame for the Bangerter bakery

My Creme Schnitt was absolutely delicious and my hot chocolate albeit a Swiss sized little mini cup was so good that I forgot that I was lactose intolerant. Had to wait and discovered this nice cafe/bakery. It was before Easter and there were tons of Easter bunnies in all kinds of shapes piling up on the shelves. You can also admire and of course enjoy the patisserie. My partner and I had a snack: sausage and cheese salad garnished. Was excellent. Other dishes also looked delicious. Unfortunately some old inventory, but very nice serving staff.

Open early in the morning, good for a snack

I was only there once and was so horrified by the saleswomen. I waited 20 minutes for a glass of pressed orange juice and another 20 for a croissant. And the saleswoman wasn't even polite or smiling. Two were snoring in the kitchen and on their cell phones (a lot of customers were waiting in front of the display case) and one was all alone serving the customers. The goods are good, but the staff, also in the main café in Lausen, is grotesque. Many saleswomen are really not suitable for this job. Avoid it urgently

Courteous staff, large selection of different baked goods, but also sandwiches, salads and much more... As we all know, food is a matter of taste, so I prefer the plait softer than at Bangerter, their cream slices blow me away!
