Small selection but super nice.

Kind and friendly staff, excellent coffee, and the desserts are delicious.

The drink wasn't brought to the table, although it was quiet and there were two people at the counter, a shame!

Delicious baked goods, ideal place for a short break. Service minimal, you have to get the cup yourself, even if the service employee is only 1 meter away. This is not hospitable, but seems like self-service.

Average coffee, bit too much milk in the cappuccino. The little blonde young woman seemed really confused with basic things I was mentioning, she seemed to not understand what a large size cup means, and she doesn't have the best customer service skills. I don't know who owns this place but I'm not the first and not the last to bring up poor customer service issues. All it takes is a smile and some polite manners and you will have 10x more customers it's not hard, it's basic in business. Owner needs to do something about the customer service or it will only go downhill.

Hello ! I am a regular customer of the Binningen branch and would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the nice and friendly ladies who always tried hard even during the Corona period and, in my opinion, did a great job. Even now that you can sit down and enjoy your coffee again, it is sometimes a mammoth task for an employee to work the counter and clear the tables when there is a lot going on. I watch it almost every day and find it remarkable. A big thank you to the Binningen branch and stay healthy.

Small but nice. A small bakery branch with a few tables. Our cappuccino was good, it automatically came with a glass of water and the 'Schoggiweggli' was delicious. The selection of baked goods is rather small, not a large confectionery. But good😉

Nice atmosphere to drink a coffee or for a short break with the children. Last minute piece of chocolate Birthday cake with candle available here if in stock. Choice of bread and sandwiches. Just next to tram and bus stop stop Postgasse in Binningen. Debit Card accepted.

I've been to this Sutter before and ordered an espresso to go. The woman behind the counter (short, blonde with a ponytail and glasses) seemed very stressed. She did 2-3 things at the same time and didn't smile. When I asked for a little cold milk (with the espresso), I got a few drops. I just didn't say anything and walked away with my espresso. Maybe the woman is alone and overwhelmed. I don't know that. In any case, I find it sad.

Very good staff and an environment

The older lady behind the counter can make you feel her less pleasant days. The inventory also doesn't seem to be planned so predictably. Z'tomorrow as it is offered, we couldn't order yet without something being missing.

Too bad Mrs Hodler is leaving for Banhof. She is a very pleasant lady with customers and very professional compared to others who are not at all pleasant.

I regularly and enjoy visiting various Sutter Begg locations. The Binningen branch is within walking distance of my office and is therefore my regular street café. While I would give most locations 5 stars, there is a small deduction here for the vastly different temperatures of the coffee. While I always get roughly the same drink temperatures in other places, here the spread is very high (from very lukewarm to scalding hot).

There are better bakeries in basel.
