Morning coffee time with friends. Delicious Italian coffee. This popular cafe attracts many customers from early in the morning and quickly fills up. There are a variety of customers, including elderly people reading the newspaper while enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee, young people coming to breakfast while chatting with friends, and office workers having a work meeting. Next time, I would like to come for lunch for the delicious Italian love oli.

I am no Italian, but those ravioli were thr best ones I had in my entire life! The chef works magic with the pasta here! Highly recommended! It is a family business, father to son, and you will have a touch of original Italian culture and mentality! In the good way, of course! :)

Not to be mistaken...it is not a bar, but a nice small bistro with a nice cozy atmosphere, where the food is amazing. We had two kinds of ravioli. Full of flavour! You feel very welcome...so are you in Basel and like Italian food. This is the place to be!

It's always a pleasure to have breakfast at Domenico's, even if it's take-away due to the pandemic! We can't wait to enjoy the splendid ravioli they prepare for lunch on site again: excellent and of an embarrassing variety.

For years I have always taken the tram to work past it. Now it will become my new regular place. Very friendly hosts, delicious lunch and of course ideal for an aperitif. Highly Recommended!

Great local Italian coffee bar, very nice flair, good coffee and good for wine/drinks. Drinks are mostly served with something small and yummy to munch. Also great for lunch, very good pasta. Great and warm service.

Our always popular Saturday aperitif location. Personal and very warm service from the boss and/or his wife. Great atmosphere and great guests! No place for those seeking peace and quiet!
