Bar Chez Mile in Echallens

Friendly, western decor, relaxed. Cool boss.

Very dark room and relatively cold environment. The couscous was very salty. The chicken looked like tofu, the lamb was tough, the semolina flavored with “chemical” spices. The dl of Turkish wine that we tasted out of curiosity was by far not worthy of its price. As for the waitress's telephone discussion in the room, it was shared with all of the customers. In short, I was invited there but will not return.

The food is very good, the prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly, they are very commercial, the terrace is well shaded by parasols. 😃 Nice view but a problem, too bad people park in front of the landscape 😕
