Very welcoming staff, good atmosphere.

I am mitigated about le Coq. It is still a good place to enjoy a cocktail. If you are looking for dinner, maybe you can find another place

Great welcome each time by all the staff (like Manu who is super friendly) and the cuisine is a real treat, both the pasta and the pizzas with original recipes and a good choice of wine!

We had heard about it and finally today we reserved for two. Particular and welcoming location. Really a friendly environment that I really appreciated. The guy at the service was super helpful even when we asked for "a change of plan" after having already ordered. We ordered a large platter (which was really large!), a pasta with broccoli and a pasta with clams. To finish, tiramisu and cannoli. I'm normally a bit of a pain in the ass, but this time I was super happy. For a dinner for two, for an evening with friends, it is the ideal place. We'll be back.

Discovery of the place, with a few preconceptions (too many so-called Italian restaurants but aiming to make money at the expense of quality). In the end, everything went very well, and a positive opinion on the item replaced my preconceptions. The cocktail served was perfect, the meal excellent and the service top notch. Both in the ingredients and in the way of doing things, we sense a desire to do well, in an authentic way, without embellishment. Just a little bit noisy (restaurant room) but it's the configuration of the place that has this effect. I will return with pleasure. Congratulations to the team in place =]

I took the pizza of the day, I was disappointed it did not have tomato sauce, and tasted bad. please mention it it the day menu .

Top service, good food thank you

We were there for a birthday, a group of 26 people. We were seated in a small room just for us, with a great server! Special mention for the spaghetti carbonara 😋 the food was delicious. 3 types of pizza, 3 types of pasta with 3 different sauces, all to share according to our tastes. 2 desserts of your choice. We had an excellent evening. Thanks again to the server 👌

A disaster, I will never come back! The waiter seated us outside because there was no room, no problem. That said, 10 minutes later we still didn't have the cards because he forgot us, his colleague arrived, asked us what we wanted to drink and left, we saw her discussing so it was with great difficulty that we We had our drinks a good 10 minutes later and she left without us being able to tell her that we didn't have the cards. We see her colleague past, we ask her for the cards and there again a wait for the young lady to come and take the order, in fact discussing is much more important than doing her work... good thing, she suggests that we go to the inside because space is freed up, we have moved. And then it was, the dishes arrived, we ate quickly and paid quickly because we didn't enjoy this moment at all. The young lady spent more time enticing customers than seeing if everything was going well on the tables served... That said, the pizza was fortunately good but the service was absolutely catastrophic.

Flawless. Moving and authentic carbo pasta without cream, with guanciale.. Very professional service, only one server to do several floors + the cocktails downstairs..

The dishes are really delicious and the service very pleasant. I recommend the rooftop if you are passing through on sunny days.

Very good pizzas (the best in Yverdon for us) and nice atmosphere. If you come on Saturday evening, a little waiting to be expected but you can wait at the bar with a good beer so in the end rather nice :).

Great atmosphere although restaurant is not very bright. The pizzas are delicious and the cocktails are incredible. I really recommend this place which will offer a wide choice. The prices may seem expensive for tourists but I think they are very reasonable prices for Switzerland. Enjoy your food

We went to drink coffee with my brother, we waited 30 minutes to be served. We ordered 2x Expressos and 1x Schwepps L'émon, we only received a Schwepps tonic, in short, without coffee, we waited another 20 minutes for coffee but the waitress was completely lost and unprofessional. When I went to pay inside, I told the owner that the coffees we had ordered we did not receive instead of apologizing he answered me like a tramp He told me that it was not true you had not ordered coffee the way he responded was very arrogant.. Dear Sir if you are your team is not competent I suggest you change the job . I would never recommend this place for anything

Very good Italian cuisine, very friendly atmosphere and service

Establishment on 4 floors, we dined on the roof terrace (very nice, there is little space so it is better to book if you want to take advantage of it). Warm atmosphere and welcome. We had pizzas, and the dough and toppings were great. And the desserts were also very good (panna cota, tiramisu, homemade ice cream and sorbet).

We are really disappointed. We have been coming regularly for several years. On Tuesday, my favorite dish, pasta amatriciana, had nothing to do with it. The sauce was a kind of very salty mush. My husband's pasta carbonara was so salty that no taste came through. As for the service, a disaster. Miss, when you don't understand a customer's request, don't say: eh? Because no, it's not polite! And if you have a bad memory then take note. The condiments with the tomato juice were missing. Then forgot the wine, then we waited for the 2nd bottle of water. Then you forgot the cream with the coffees. Added to that the noise, but that was already the case before, but at least the service was good and the meal excellent. We will come back once hoping to find the quality before and if this is not the case then we will choose another establishment.

Toilet Ugh - but everything else was great: hospitality, Neapolitan pizza, etc.

What a pleasure to rediscover the joy of eating a pizza without gluten and milk proteins... it was delicious and the waiter was extraordinarily friendly for allergy and intolerance concerns... I will return there for my next vacation for sure!

Hello, I have come several times to eat the tuna pizza! But the penultimate time I came I ate the best tuna pizza of my life, a fabulous taste 🤪 A week later I come back and order the same pizza, bad surprise, it's not the same at all pizza not the same taste not made in the same way even the cooking was not up to par!! what a disappointment ☹️ at the time I said to myself ok it's not a big deal, but the next day I thought that I had been scammed and so I no longer think of coming to eat expensively you Yverdon and a nice town but the restaurants it sucks apart from the double R I don't see plus I told everyone about this pizzeria as being the best in Yverdon… Kind regards MLovis

Of all the restaurants in Yverdon, this one has never disappointed me. An Italian welcome as we like, food from their region, value for money and service that is really worth it! In short, we are always there to eat their delicious pizzas!

The best pizza in the whole of Vaud in absolute terms. It’s just a shame that I would have liked to have kept the crust in my doggy bag because for me it’s the best part! Maybe ask the customer before packing the doggy bag?

Come and have an aperitif on a Thursday, great atmosphere, the beer is good and if you are hungry just go upstairs where they serve you good Italian cuisine, we had the spaghetti carbonara, the real recipe a treat and the linguini with vongole, a beautiful plate. For wine, let the friendly waitress advise you...we'll come back in fine weather to enjoy the rooftop...nice 3 in 1 concept.

Easy to access off the highway 400m away. Very warm and friendly welcome. A stop on the way down to Italy and even on the way back in 🇨🇭. We made stops on motorbikes and cars. To discover 🌞👍🏻

Had our weekly date for the second time at Le Bar du Coq. It's amazing that they have gluten-free pizzas and pastas!! And the dessert was so good too, we each took raspberry and chocolate pana cotta. Good service, good beer and good food!!

Simply exceptional!!! I rarely give superlatives but what else can I say when the welcome is friendly, the service attentive and the dishes a treat. It starts with the homemade bread made with the pizza dough, just so good and difficult not to eat the entire basket before the dish arrives 🙈 On the plate it's just a delight, products of great quality and freshness (for example fish or vongoles), cooked with great attention. For example, I just had tuna with candied red onions, with vegetables (eggplant, tomatoes and new potatoes 😍) as a menu of the day, accompanied by rice (slightly sticky, not a risotto but just enough to make it creamy 🏆). In short, a 10/10. Bravo and thank you for what you offer!

Italian restaurant offering Italian dishes. Surprising right? The staff is friendly and professional. Nothing negative to say and nothing extraordinary either. The pizza was good without being huge either which I don't like. So all good for me.

First time going, good location, delicious pizzas and divine tiramisu... very good, fast and friendly service. Very good atmosphere on the first floor for adults and even for children on the second and third floor. I will return to try and enjoy other dishes. I recommend it

Very friendly waiter, menu with choice, be careful the photos of the dishes do not necessarily represent the current menu (I had seen the squid ink spaghetti, but unavailable because it is a summer dish... Too bad!). Ordered the seafood spaghetti but I got a shrimp filled with eggs which took away my appetite. I will not specifically return to this restaurant.

Surprising this bar restaurant in stages (3 floors)!!! Regarding the cuisine… it’s really delicious, the pizza dough is top notch! The tiramisu was good even if it lacked a little coffee… The wine list is nice but the wines are a little too young to drink! Let’s move on to the service…. A disaster, the server is all alone for this floor! You have to repeat it several times, after a while it gets boring!!! The big negative point: it’s very very noisy, especially the bass from the music from the bar below which makes everything vibrate…. It’s a real shame because the pizzas are really very good… we won’t be coming back! For a romantic evening, it’s a miss.
