Small but very special Italian restaurant that more than lives up to its name “Don Camillo”. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The kitchen was really convincing and also showed a creative streak. First I had a mixed salad (pretty decorated with a small flower) and then Tagliatelle al Safran Salmone (topped with a slice of smoked salmon as decoration). The method of preparation was completely convincing. The stone oven pizzas also looked tempting. The insider tip in Yverdon les Bains….
