A bar like many others, and here too, outside there is electric heating of the kind that makes your head roast and on the other hand freezes your feet 😱 I don't blame the management, but rather those who install it without using their brains. The heat goes upwards, so place them at the bottom, otherwise it's just wasted energy! 😉
