You can sit there for hours without any service coming. Unfortunately the service is very disappointing. It used to be much better.

The last time I visited this restaurant was over 10 years ago. The difference between then and now is shocking. How can such a great restaurant be run down like that? A waitress who doesn't feel like working and a dead atmosphere. Never again!!!

To this day I WAS a regular twice a month with friends and a consumption of around 100 Fr. I won't be entering the restaurant again after today. The waitress at 10:30 p.m. initially ignored me, even though there were only two other guests in the restaurant and I was standing right next to them. In contact, the waitress was rude and derogatory. The "not in the mood" mood was clearly noticeable and then she made a rude comment to the other two guests in front of me, which was aimed at me. I left the restaurant straight away afterwards. Something like that is simply outrageous! In all the years the restaurant has changed hands, I have NEVER experienced anything like this.

Just wanted to grab something quick to eat. But we waited almost 40 minutes for a plate of chicken kebab with salad and a pide. The food wasn't tasty at all, the chicken had a strange taste. The bottom of the pide was totally burnt and the salad had almost no sauce. The only positive thing was the woman who served us was very friendly.

Here people smoke inside like really a lot. So if you like to eat in a place full of smoke, and to stink afterwards and to be rounded by some alcoholic people around, then it’s right for you. The Doner Kebap was not good, neither tasty … sorry… got stomachache afterwards.

A durum (doner kebab in flatbread) is a pretty difficult thing to get wrong, but they managed to make the worst one I've had in 12 years living in Switzerland. The flatbread was heated in the oven too long making it toasted and cracked, the doner meat was cold and because they ran out of yogurt sauce, they poured plain natural yogurt from a container. This makes the whole sorry mess very soggy and the moment I unwrapped it the whole thing fell to pieces. I would really avoid this place, there are better ones on Baar high street
