The owners are always friendly and have a smile at work. The way they treat the children and give them big eyes with small gestures is absolutely top! The nut croissants and the almond croissants are the best far and wide! Stays fresh for several days and is not dry. Keep it up. If you don't want to pay anything for quality, you have to go to the major distributor!

I bought a few little things there during my vacation. Very tasty baked goods! Also very suitable for allergy sufferers (gluten-free and lactose-free baked goods). Good advice from the baker including friendly service. Definitely a must for anyone who relies on the above-mentioned foods. Very large selection.

100% recommendation for people with celiac disease who rely on a gluten-free diet. I shopped there twice during my vacation. The gluten-free products are incredibly delicious and the selection is huge - a "paradise for celiacs". It's a shame that there is no shipping to Germany.

Unfortunately, even in 2021, food and money at the counter are still handled with hands without any hygiene concerns. When I asked the owner about it, she just said "a lot of things are still unhygienic". Simply an unacceptable and unprofessional attitude. It's also a shame that my criticism wasn't received constructively! It's a shame for the actually good baked goods.

Very friendly service. Delicious bread and the patisserie is also great. Be sure to try the homemade chocolate bars (Berndeutsch = Schoggistängeli). I can hardly get enough of it. All in all perfect. Keep it up.

Went there with a friend the other day right when the store opened (5:30 a.m.) and were a little disappointed when we got cold rolls...

Many delicious products for allergy sufferers (gluten, lactose). The prices are at the upper limit but I'm happy to pay a little more for the top quality.

Reserved for brunch and got there on time but we weren't expected and it was a huge hassle. Various Employees kept running past us without paying any attention to us. After about 10 minutes we were noticed but there was only 1 wholemeal roll, 3 Weggli and various croissants. and that in a bakery.. at least the bircher muesli and the cappuccino were great.

We had breakfast for 35.00 and then we were charged 1.50 for a glass of water with our coffee. When we asked why, we were given a snippy answer: that's how it is with us! Well, for us the thing is, we won't be coming back. You now have 1.50 more in the till this evening but have lost at least two customers - will that work???
