I would have liked a little more cleaning on the tables, leftover salt from the day's fries. Otherwise the staff was great, and very smiling. And we got our order very quickly for how busy it was. Otherwise, use slightly patriotic music, rather than trendy music ^^

No empathy!!! Completely unhospitable! It was a real disaster. To begin with, no organization, and on top of that, no empathy or compassion. I arrive saying that I want to order for myself and my friend (who was supposed to arrive in 5 minutes). Once the fries and meats arrive on the counter, I ask if it is possible to leave 5 minutes aside (because outside, the only place available, it is 5° degrees. THEY ANSWER ME with a condescending air “BA NO THIS IS YOUR ORDER YOU TAKE IT” I tell them that there is only room outside, it will freeze, they answer me “ah baaaaa there you go” I wait outside for 3 minutes, but it was obviously all super cold and “plastic”. (Not) Thanks Belga. I put the photos so you can see that there was space. Horrible.

Today I felt bitter, I came to eat at Belga and happiness returned 😀

Overcooked fries (or even burnt), too much sauce (it spills everywhere when you bite into the baguette), and too plentiful so that there is no waste. Cool and friendly waiter, very pretty and well decorated snack bar.

Well, I threw up less than 2 hours after lunch. I think the croquette was poorly cooked or not cooked enough or in short. It ruined our day a bit. Soft fries. In short, very far from my last 2 experiences. I will most obviously come back too ill.

In my opinion, a great restaurant to discover Belgian cuisine in Lausanne. Likewise, the staff is young, dynamic and friendly.

Rather friendly staff, exquisite cuisine but quite high price for its simplicity. The only downside was hygiene, because the floor was dirty and greasy and it was up to the customer to clear the trays except that no one cleaned the tables and chairs. As for the service, it's fast-food style so everyone comes to pick up their order at the counter. Mixed!

Second visit less conclusive. The fries are good but difficult to finish (very, too? Greasy) despite the small cone. Fricadelles and other snacks don't seem to be "homemade". Quite banal.

Nothing to complain about the fries, but the machine gun bread is average and the meats are poor quality. The hamburger steak is no better than that of Migros. However, everything comes at an affordable price. Except the +1 CHF to add for a sauce (even just one). In general, you never pay extra for a simple sauce, especially when it would be suicidal to send yourself a set of bread/fried meat/fries without sauce to make it all flow down your throat. Heavy smell and not very pleasant to spend the evening in. In summary, I recommend above all to come and have an excellent Belgian beer and a portion of fries. Very friendly staff

The baaaaaaase! Fries just like at home. So happy they continue to grow. If they needed help to further develop Belgianisms, I would sign straight away.

I'm not a fan of this kind of place, especially since the air was unbreathable with a very strong smell of fried food. Maybe the ventilation wasn't working well... Otherwise, having tasted the fries, they are excellent.

I often stop there at the end of the day for the little salty touch of their fries which are delicious and very digestible. Sometimes I add a little beer from the “flat country”. There, we are close to Nirvana...

Very good, very warm atmosphere inside. The Belgians may not be perfect but they have the art of well-being.

I don't understand all the positive reviews. Being a regular at Belgian fries, I was greatly disappointed, they are absolutely not Belgian fries. They are dry and not supplied. Donuts (frozen) are really not good. Too bad because the staff is friendly.

Coming from the Belgian border, the cuisine and accompaniments "skewer crizly, poulycroc, etc. etc. are really great. There is a truly exceptional choice of Belgian beer between the manages and the slightly stronger ones. Young and dynamic team with a call to customers for dishes on site just great with the megaphone. I highly recommend it for a Belgian meal with friends. Continue, you are on top.

Finally a restaurant worthy of the name to represent the culinary experience of Belgium! Everything is there ! Whether it's a large choice of typical beers or real dishes like "fry barracks" (the latter cooked according to the pure double cooking recipe!), there is something to enjoy! Go for it!

Unfortunately, first disappointing experience, too much sauce in the machine gun sandwich to the point that I removed 2/3. Fatty and frozen meat most certainly. At least not homemade. The fries are not extraordinary. We left with the order (the gentleman who served us ran after us for ten meters to say that there was an error and took away a product. Personally, if I were a trader I would have assumed my mistake and leave the excess product to the customer. After that remains my opinion!
