At the wall "Welcome" but no menu in English. Seems that even in French part of Switzerland the French complex of language of their 2WW savers exists. Not the first example of such service. Funny or small character - or just society can not admit so their politicians hiden lack of elite competence behind artificial society "pride". Nation still follows that rethoric. Funny, always thinking better of themselves than others. Food: good tartar but addons are cheap quality. Overpriced.

We had dinner with you on February 25th, 2024! The following day I felt really bad until I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I called you, but the Lord talked me away and said that it wasn't possible because I was the only one. I wanted to explain a few things to him, but he made me understand that it couldn't be true. I have had the opportunity to dine at Tartares & Co on several occasions, and I definitely plan to continue doing so in the future. They even offer a tartare option suitable for vegetarians, which is nice. The tartars are delicious, as are the desserts. Their own cold tea is particularly tasty, especially if you ask for it without ice cubes. The staff is very professional, which contributes to a pleasant experience. The quality-price ratio is more than satisfactory, especially since the use of The Fork offers the possibility of benefiting from discounts. They have a large room and a magnificent terrace. Ideally located in the heart of the city, the restaurant benefits from an excellent location and is well served by numerous means of public transport.

The service is fast, the tartars are very good. The bruschettas as a starter are also very good. A beautiful presentation of the dishes. Two small downsides, it remains a little expensive despite everything and the welcome from the waitress is quite cold.

Perfect, we just had to check the bill at the end, because our desserts were counted separately even though we had taken the “starter, main course and dessert” formula, but we will come back.

The welcome was pleasant! Despite a little misunderstanding (on our side) between the aperitif and the starter, the culinary experience still remains interesting. What I liked less, and which I do not recommend (if you want to feel what you put in your mouth) is the Salmon - Thai mixture🌶️ the marinade takes over the salmon which makes you feel as chilli and coriander. Damage.. We still had a pleasant meal.

The tartars are delicious and there is a fairly wide choice. The Japanese salad is to die for and their cheese cake is amazing at night.

Frankly a real discovery I am a tartare lover and since the closure of Trois-Sapins in Echallens I no longer knew where to find a really good tartare and the Frankly amazing welcome the service and a top 5 Star 🌟 I will be back very soon.

The stress of the waitresses who come from the depths of France breaks this warm and calm atmosphere a little... we feel stressed to order QUICKLY, we had to insist on drinking the aperitif quietly. Very successful beef tartare, but I do not recommend the tuna one which is not worth the +3CHF extra. Fair price. However, for a business focused solely on tartare, they should be the best in the region. However, I have already found tastier and more garnished ones elsewhere, in stores that cooked other dishes... with a more authentic and personal setting to spend the evening, knowing that Tartare and Co is a chain.

When we arrived we were told that the discount on the range was not possible. Before the meal was over (the friend I was with was still eating her dessert) I had to rush to the bathroom. Result: we were both sick all night. We won't come back again

I ordered a tartare on Uber. I ate it quietly until I bit into a super hard piece of bone camouflaged in the middle of the tartare! It really hurt my tooth. And the worst thing is that when I was careful I found a second piece of camouflaged super hard bone...

We took it away and it was sooo good! We arrived at 9:57 p.m. (the kitchen closes at 10 p.m.) and the kitchen accepted our order. They were so cool! Thank you very much again! We really enjoyed ourselves!

The negative here was the staff: to illustrate with an example, a waitress said that she "had more to do" than wait for us to split the bill, knowing that we had barely started to do the math, the establishment was empty at 3 rooms and that She herself took a while to bring us the bill, forgetting the coffee I had ordered on the way. And this is just one example, I have three more of the same style that happened during the same episode. As for the quality and quantity of the food, I am quite happy. Prices can be extremely competitive if you book through "Fourchette" (although people don't seem to like that formula...).

A real scandal! Reservation with the fork and 40% discount, but upon our arrival, as luck would have it, no more discounts! The same goes for the two people who arrived just after us. According to the comments, this is not the first time, we have gone to eat elsewhere!

Served on the terrace, the tables are small and there is a lack of space on the table in the aisles. Everything is done for performance and not for pleasure, unfortunately. As for the price, it follows the same path, performance, because the price is high compared to the quality or for this price we expect even better.

Nice card in general. Sea bream ceviche as a starter, good experience although the dish was a little cold, but tasty. The shrimp ceviche is ok. The tuna ceviche is tasty and very juicy, which might not please everyone. The concept of customizable tartare is very good. You choose your meat or fish and the size of the portion, its seasoning, the supplements and the degree of spiciness. The meat is cut a little too thinly and the sauce is too mayonised for my taste, but overall it's a very pleasant dish. The main course is accompanied by a small salad and a portion of country potatoes. Simple and tasty, I really enjoyed it. For dessert, I chose a fresh pineapple carpaccio with basil, lightly caramelized with raw sugar. Perfect to conclude the meal. I was also able to taste an excellent Daim Cheesecake, airy and very delicious. I insist on the fact that the quality/price ratio is very good: the portions are beautiful and tasty for very reasonable prices. I liked the place, spacious and pleasing to the eye. The service is excellent and the staff organization is very well structured. I recommend this place, especially if you want to eat mid-evening because the kitchen is open later than most restaurants.

First of all, it's a very friendly and relaxed place and what can we say about the service, young, smiling women who know how to welcome. We took a salmon tartare and a tuna tartare without mixtures to better savor the qualities of these fish and took the ingredients separately. So almost everything top quality. The tartares at the top, the avocado at the top and melting, the quartered potatoes cooked in the oven with seasoning, everything homemade is a real treat. But then WHY serve it with rubbery and bland industrial toast with toxic additives ❓️❓️ So here is my suggestion since you asked us on the receipt: Continue with home-cooking, which you also master wonderfully with bread, and invest in a slicer like Manor did and like they exist everywhere in Belgium. The bread will be sliced ​​at the same thickness, between 0.8 and 10mm. I'm looking forward to seeing you again

I was among the first customers to experience it and it was a nice surprise and experience! I love tartares and I was really happy that a restaurant opened in Lausanne and their dishes are really delicious. The setting is great but sometimes a little noisy when it's full so for a discussion, I recommend times when there aren't many people. The truffle tartare is really good, you can smell the truffle and their dessert is worth the detour!
