Tip top 👍 Very pleasant mountain house, great service and delicious food. The plum cake was great… The Alpine herb cream soup is an absolute tip. Extremely delicious 🤩👌 The soup alone is worth a visit. The view is also great. As always, we would love to come back.

Will never come back! This has to be the worst service i ever experienced in my life. We came to the restaurant and got ignored for 20minutes after that we just left. We tried getting the waiter’s attention but he just ignored us. Never again!

We have always enjoyed coming here in recent years. The play area at the top of the gallery was beautifully done, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable for a mountain restaurant in Saas Fee. Today we were here for the first time this year and unfortunately also the last time. The play area is gone and the gallery is cordoned off. When we politely asked whether we could still sit upstairs (we even offered to carry the drinks up ourselves) we were fobbed off with an unfriendly "No, no, no, as long as there is still space downstairs, we won't do that." When we pointed out that it had always been possible to sit upstairs in recent years, we simply said "Not anymore." Anyone who treats their guests so rudely shouldn't be surprised if they stay away in the future. It's a shame actually.

Waiting times are far too long and the staff is also inattentive! I had to wait 50 minutes for the burger and when I wanted to pay I had to wait another 20 until someone looked at me!

We had Burgers and Hörnli with Hackfleisch which was cooked while we waited. Large portions, good service and great food. Better than all the other places we tried in Saas Fee when we were there. I'll go again.

The wraps are very tasty, but the waiting time is very annoying. We waited about 30 minutes just for our drinks, then another 15 minutes for our food. When we were finished we had to order the bill twice, which also caused problems. We also waited another 10-15 minutes for the bill. But the service is very nice, some of them don't understand Swiss German well.

Mountain restaurant. Very good burger. Original coppa wrap. Be careful, the sun hides behind the Mittaghorn at midday and the beautiful sunny terrace suddenly becomes cool.
