Unfriendly service I've ever had. Stressed and disorganized.

Delicious food, nice big portions, fair price. Problems: - Our table was still full of crumbs and we finally had to go out and shake out the tablecloth ourselves. - The air conditioning in the entrance blows cold down the necks of all the guests sitting around.

We have been coming to Savognin to ski every year for about 15 years. We often visited the mountain restaurant Somtgant. This is my first time writing a review for this mountain restaurant. The service staff was very friendly. The waiting times were ok. But it could be a little faster. ;-) Almost all of the dishes were good. Unfortunately, only the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't as it used to be (new kitchen staff?). The consistency wasn't at all "fluffy" like it should be. It was more like cake. The portion was also smaller. But we'll still come back. See you next time.

Absolute cheek, I'm hungry after skiing and I've been waiting OVER AN HOUR for my damn FOOD which only consists of chicken nuggets and fries!!!!!(children's portion) because the prices are ungodly expensive.

Beautiful, rustic mountain hut. Good service, nice service, delicious food! 😋 Compared to last winter, a world of difference! Of course much, much better! Thanks to the restaurateurs who serve us and cook for us. Without them and other employees (mountain railways) our vacation would not be possible! Let's be nice to the catering teams everywhere and don't get upset if it takes a little longer!

Dear employees Unfortunately, I have a rather bad impression of most of the employees. Do you really want to work? Do you have motivation to be here? I don't know, unfortunately it seems that way and it takes a very long time until you can order and then get what you want and things that have been ordered are often forgotten. I hope this improves in the future.

Slow and unfriendly service. After 45 minutes we went to the waiter who was absurdly annoyed and took our order in the most unfriendly way. But the food was great.

After a 40' wait and no questions from the waiter, we asked where our food was. The answer: the order receipt fell on the floor and was not noticed. Waited over 1 hour for 1 salad, fries with chicken nuggets and a barley soup. The first and last time in the Somtgant restaurant.

Old mountain restaurant with large portions and very tasty food. We didn't have to wait long for the drinks and food. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Unfortunately it is in Restaurant rather cold and drafty, so it takes a little longer to warm up. Otherwise great

The food was significantly better compared to other restaurants in the region. Faster and courteous service. Everything fitted.

The soup was cold and when I ordered it without bacon...I still got it with bacon. Bad, rude service, simply miserable. I would have preferred to eat snow.

It was cold in the restaurant and therefore very uncomfortable. My rösti was small and only lukewarm, probably waiting for me in the pan for a long time. Fries, nuggets and pizockel were very tasty. Service very, very friendly. I don't like being cold at lunch anymore, that's why I was there last time.

Unfortunately we were disappointed today. After more than 3/4 hours we abandoned our attempt to eat lunch. It's a shame... I was looking forward to the Pizzokels. The children's menus are inexpensive. The kitchen was overwhelmed. The service is generally friendly. Various items on the menu were no longer available.

A renovation or replacement for this building is urgently needed. Uncomfortable sitting on the banquet benches.

We went to the Somtgant mountain restaurant twice. The waitresses were very friendly and the food was very good. The waiting times were short, we were in the restaurant at 2:30 p.m. when the restaurant was no longer very busy.

Far too long waiting times and unfriendly staff. The facility resembles a museum. Has enough more hospitable competitors on the mountain, what a shame!

No comparison to the last few years.

After waiting for 1 hour and asking several times, we received NO food. The entire service staff was extremely unfriendly. I have NEVER experienced anything as cheeky in service as here. Nobody wanted to be responsible for ensuring that we would still receive the food we ordered. Spent an hour waiting and then left hungry. They couldn't even offer an apology. He then even said: We don't have to pay for the food (which we never received). It couldn't be worse gastro.

I waited over 2 hours for food even though there weren't many people. I also had to ask twice what was with my food or whether it had been forgotten. (Both were the case). And in the end the food wasn't tasty either, I can't recommend it!

Wir haben in den Skiferien drei Mal im Somtgant gegessen. Das Essen war immer sehr gut und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war fair. Das Servierpersonal war nett und schnell, wir waren Alle sehr zufrieden.

Während unseren Skiferien haben wir zwei Mal im Restaurant Somtgant gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Portionen sind zum Ski fahren gross genug. Der Service war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.

Prächtige Aussichtsterrasse, feine kalte Platte mit Schinken und Bergkäse. Sympathische Gastgeber. Ob der Kauserschmarren, von dem unsere Freunde schwärmten, tatsächlich so himmlisch schmeckt, können wir nicht beurteilen, Kaffee kam zwar aber unsere Dessertbestellung ging irgendwo in der hehren Bergwelt unter.

Lage wäre top- aber Preis-/Leistung katastrophal... so schade! Habe diesem Restaurant (leider) schon mehr als eine Chance gegeben..Bestellte Suppe mit Fleischeinlage kommt einfach ohne Fleisch --> Begründung: es hatte halt einfach keins mehr im Topf.. Hallo?!? Poulet Nuggets praktisch roh, Rösti hart wie Stein- bei Beschwerden oft nur ein genervtes Augenrollen statt einer Entschuldigung...

Haben 45min auf den 1.gang gewarte und danach nochmals 10für den 2. Unvollständige und falsche Bestellungsaufnahme. Mangelhaftes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Küche war okay aber nicht ganz heiss serviert.

Leider muss man hier eine sehr lange Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen. Bis wir unser Menue auf dem Tisch hatten verging 1 Stunde! Das finde ich aus meiner Sicht viel zu lange. Das Restaurant war nicht mal voll besetzt. Wieso dass die Tische um 14.00 Uhr noch die "Reserviert ab 10.30 Uhr" Tafeln auf dem Tisch liegen haben, obwohl niemand mehr dort sitzt, ist mir ein Rätsel.
