Average burger restaurant. Very slow preparation (can get busy at lunchtime if you wait over 20 minutes for food.) Burgers are ok, but nothing special. The same goes for the fries. Service 1* because everything is self-service. Ambiance: not really comfortable... Conclusion: You can do it, but it's nothing special.

I came here for the first time today on a late lunch break (it was almost empty) and had a cheeseburger menu with fries and the homemade basil lime lemonade. Everything tasted very good and I think I'll come back. Edit: I've been here several times now and it's always delicious. My favorite burger in Basel. I particularly like the self-service mayo/ketchup, as I always take a lot of mayo with the fries.

Price-performance ratio is not appropriate. The menus are far too expensive. It costs 69 francs for 2 people, but you still won't be full afterwards. The staff should be more motivated and greet the customers sometimes.

I went in the restaurant with my daughter and husband. We ask the workers if they have a drink what is not cold not in the fridge… the men say no we have only cold. I go down to toalette and full the gang with soft drinks… so what can i say i finde this only Grosse Frechheit

CATASTROPHE!!! Wrong order received. Reported this immediately by phone but there was a woman on the phone who unfortunately didn't speak German well and didn't understand my problem for the first 15 minutes. Then they said I would get a portion of fries with my next order. It's just of no use to me and there was no other option... Thanks for nothing and at a price of 92.- for 2 burger menus with a salad and a small dessert... Never ever again...

It's just as good as the one a little below this one. Good burger as expected, very fast and very delicious. Fries were also nicely done. Cant say much about aervice since we had to pick up ourselves. The place was cozy and wasnt too loud despite being next to tram rails. Would visit again from time to time for sure. :)

One of the best Burger joint in Basel (on par with HeyBuddy/La Manufacture). Their sides are excellent as well (try the sweet potato fries with a truffle sauce!😁)

Ordered food via Ubereats. 2 cheeseburgers. For one thing, it was very expensive and didn't taste particularly good. Some of the meat was raw. McDonalds is much more worthwhile. I have had severe stomach cramps since eating and have vomited several times and become sick from eating. I just hope this isn't salmonella. However, the symptoms indicate this. Watery stools, nausea, constipation and fever. Never again and hope someone checks it out in the future

Very tasty food. The drinks were also very refreshing. It doesn't have table service. You have to order, pay and collect yourself at the checkout. Our glass broke while we were drinking, my husband was completely wet afterwards and the floor too. Nobody came to help clean and we didn't receive another free drink. I would have expected a little more empathy, service and friendliness.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Coleslaw portion about the size of ketchup dip, for 7.50.-... an impertinence! I ordered a burger without tomatoes. What was inside? Tomato. It's a shame... I heard good things but had a bad experience. The taste is ok.

This is how burgers should work. The chili cheeseburger was simply delicious. Crunchy ingredients, great jalapeno quality and spiciness, really juicy and tasty the whole burger! The chili cheese fries were also wonderful - with real chili on them, not just some jalapenos. Although cf. expensive, but really really tasty!

The food was tasty but the restaurant wasn't very clean. The tables were only cleared and not cleaned! We were the only guests there and on two tables there were leftovers from others who were no longer there. Unfortunately the toilet wasn't cleaned either... It's a shame...

Look I am not gonna lie. This place was expensive but all of Switzerland is expensive. Review the pricing before you order. Excellent gluten free bun.

Supergood burgers. Nice vegetarian options also, and it didn't taste bad like vegetarian patties usually do. The fries were also great, so i totally recommend it overall! There wasn't much interaction with the staff, but they were nice and though not English, they tried their best. The atmosphere was also nice, good lighting and a nice spot, except banning vaping/cigarettes when sitting outside would be great.

"Best burger in town" - said our waiter and he is right! He said he does not really choose burger elsewhere as he likes their own the most. I am in no position to judge if there is at least one place in town better being a visitor, but it is definitialy in the top tier among all the burgers I had around the world. We went there to eat gluten free burger and it did not disappoint. The bun was very good, not like the dry pressed sawdust kind some places have but almost indistinguishable from ordinary bun (I have no gluten sensitivity but my wife, I could compare), soft and tasty. They also knew the needs of gluten free cooking, paying attention to separation and avoiding cross-contamination, they know what they are doing. The service is very friendly and most helpful, portions are plenty enough. The tastes are great and the place has a nice atmosphere as well. We've been there in a slow period without crowd or lines but I can imagine it is nice when it is full as well. If I lived in Basel I could easily imagine this being my go to burger place. (we visited in December of 2022)

Super tasty burgers. Very nice, accommodating and customer-oriented employees. Food was freshly prepared and after a short time the burger was ready. Pricing between individual branches is a bit strange. Other branches sometimes have massively higher prices. It's also not entirely clear to me why a slice of cheese for a cheeseburger costs 2.00 more compared to a hamburger. It hardly costs anything to buy...

Best Burgermeister in Basel. Very, very friendly staff, good quality and nothing is ever forgotten when ordering. Not like other burger restaurants. In general, Burgermeister is great! Regional products and very tasty.

Juice shop (to put it politely) seems like it's like during the holidays, no employees speak German and the burgers are 10x better at Burger King. I'll be happy if they hire a Swiss person.

CELIAC ATTENTION! If you want a burger with a big, thick and crunchy bun...this is your place! The first thing that caught our attention is that the size of the bread for my celiac companion was exactly the same as the bread with gluten that I ordered. And those who have eaten gluten-free burgers, I think you understand what I mean. Most of the time, gluten-free bread is usually considerably smaller, and unfortunately at a higher price, resulting in a real scam of stale bread and removable hamburger. In this place, just the opposite happens, the texture, the size, the flavor, are not far from each other at all. And the most important! ALL burgers can be adapted with gluten-free bread. Something that does not happen in all places. If you come, you will enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed it. And finally. And no less important. Friendly, attentive, and cordial service. Terribly long wait and very expensive for what you get
