Bianco Café Bar in Genève

We came from the UK and wanted to have Shisha and drinks. Maria was serving us and she was amazing. First class service, Always making sure we are okay, very attentive! So lovely! Would Definitely recommend this place!

I went to this bar around midnight. I was told that this bar closed at 4 a.m., I had two drinks and learned that at 2 a.m. I was thrown out. I say I've had a drink, but I'm told I still have to lose another drink. Instead of kicking your customers out, change your hours. Close at 2am!

Great experience this place is magnificent and a good atmosphere and above all the waiters bartender super friendly and even said cheers to us when we raised our glasses it warms our hearts and all that frankly not expensive at 8 people we exceeded 80 CHF and we took a hookah for 4 people and the rest was really cheap

Absolutely avoid! I live in Geneva and I have never been to such a mediocre establishment. I ordered a shisha but what I received was nothing but burnt. Poor quality tobacco, bad service, and so on. I hope you don't cross paths with this horrible place.

My worst hookah experience so far. I ordered an absolute zero flavor shisha and the taste was nothing but burnt plastic. Suddenly, it was impossible for me to smoke it. I pointed this out to the owner from the start but he didn't want to take me into consideration. They all did to cash us out quickly and not at the end. I wanted to get a refund but the owner showed a lot of bad faith. Therefore, I will never go there again 😡

Absolutely avoid! The hookah is of poor quality. I ordered an icy mint which ultimately tasted like burnt plastic... When I asked for the problem to be dealt with, the staff (in very bad faith) took me for a novice and tried to make me believe that I was at fault.. Since I had been cashed immediately after ordering, I was not able to get a refund. In addition, the staff were threatening towards me even though I was within my rights. If you find yourself in this café by chance (I don't wish you that), remember not to pay before receiving your order... Or else run away, it's the best solution.

Unpleasant experience! We ordered 04 hookahs, two of which had a plastic taste. They are very smart because they charge before serving it to customers. This served as a lesson to me that you have to test before paying in this kind of place... After telling him the problem after 10 minutes, he didn't want to hear anything. No way to make yourself understood and get reimbursed. The manager was threatening as was the waitress... I definitely don't recommend her!! To flee.
