The pizzas are truly high quality and a wide choice with refined ingredients.

I find the pizzeria to take a bit of getting used to and can't quite understand the only good reviews. Service was nice, but nothing more. The water glass was immediately put away, although I would have liked some water with my glass of red wine. Pizza looked really nice, was also good, but not excellent. No herbs on it, unfortunately very bland seasoning. However, there was salt and pepper and hot oil on the table. Would have liked to order a second glass of wine, but was ignored. The ambience, well, actually doesn't fit a pizzeria at all, it looks like it came from a cosmetics store or a Maxi Bazar catalog.

Very nice and well-kept place..excellent hospitality and courtesy...excellent restaurant near the La Carità hospital in Locarno.. The pizzas made by Stefano the pizza chef are excellent I would say, the quality of the raw materials is high...delicious.. the dessert is also worthy, we will return....Recommended

Pizzeria Gourmet Biancoerosso in Locarno: a real discovery! Location: In the old town, with a simple but modern interior design and bright prints on the walls. The environment is relaxed and friendly, perfect for a dinner with friends or as a couple. Service: Quick, professional and attentive to customer needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food: The real strength of the place. Traditional Italian dishes and gourmet pizzas are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pizza dough is light and digestible, and the toppings are refined and original. Overall Experience: Excellent! The large group was welcomed with professionalism and friendliness. The dinner was impeccable, with impeccable service and delicious food. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfort dining experience with excellent quality pizzas, in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

Renovated location for this pizzeria in the heart of Locarno. Warm, modern and familiar environment, excellent service even when the restaurant is full. I tried their Neapolitan pizza: good dough, cooked in a wood oven which gives it external crunchiness and internal softness. The ingredients used for the seasoning are excellent. I took "La Casera" or a 4 cheese which I found excellent and perfectly balanced, not cloying. We also tried the one with raw ham, which was also very good! I also found the menu of around 30 beers to pair with the meal interesting. Definitely a must for lovers. Adequate price quality. I recommend booking. To try!

The best pizza I've ever eaten. The ingredients and combinations of them are fantastic. The ingredients are truly of selected quality and harmonize very well on the pizza. The dough of the typical Neapolitan style square is soft and crunchy. If you are tired of eating the same old pizza this place is for you. The prices are fair in my opinion for the product received. Friendly and fast service.

The pizzas are truly unique! Forget the usual pizzas, here all the ingredients are fresh, starting from the tomatoes. The dough is spectacular, light and crunchy. The expense is definitely worth the sensory experience... I highly recommend it!!

Love this place in Locarno. Prices a bit higher than other places but deserve a visit and taste a pizza with a German beer.

Everything is very good. Friendly and efficient service. But the pizza with the thin wet dough in the center is not to my taste. It seems that this is normal for a Neapolitan type pizza. I'm not sure and think they would be better off using less sauce and leaving it a bit longer in the oven.

The restaurant is the same as the former Pizzeria Primavera. The pizza disappointed me a little (too much mozzarella) but the dough was good. The prices are a little expensive, but quality products are used. Friendly service.

Be sure to visit! Pizzas are outstanding! In addition to the classic pizzas, they offer a range of reinterpreted pizzas that are fantastic. The service was also excellent and very friendly to us, who only speak Italian as a foreign language. The size of the starter salad was also impressive! Keep it up, bravo!

I've been here a few times and I can't really complain, my pizza is always delicious. The only flaw is there is no attention for celiacs otherwise we would go there more often having friends with this problem. But I recommend it.

How tasty! I learned about the opening of the new management from some billboards around the Locarno area, so out of curiosity my family and I wanted to try it. We were very satisfied. The pizza they make at Bianco e Rosso is Neapolitan style with excellent quality ingredients (the raw ham on my pizza literally melted in my mouth). Unlike other pizzerias, the pizza is balanced: light dough, right-sized crust as well as the pizza. Furthermore, the variety of pizzas offered is very interesting. The staff is very welcoming, kind and nice. I will definitely be back! The best pizzeria in Locarno! Keep it up!

Pizzeria ? No, much more. For a spriz with friends or a family dinner I recommend it. A beautiful outdoor room surrounded by historic buildings a stone's throw from the castle and the main square. Young and dynamic environment but don't look at them superficially, they know what they're doing. Tradition and the quality of the materials go hand in hand here, you can smell the scents of the southern lands. Smiling staff and in a very rare way these days. 5 stars deserved, congratulations.

Finally a quality pizza in the Locarno area. In my opinion the best ever. Young staff and Neapolitan pizza chefs. Pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven and topped with refined quality ingredients. Obviously the price of the card is higher than other nearby places, but it's worth it. It is not a renovation of the pizzeria that was there before, but a new opening in all respects.

Delicious ice cream and very kind waiters, but I give one star because it says wrong on the menu, i.e. gluten-free and vegan banana split. I only saved myself because I asked for confirmation. If I had trusted the menu I would have been terrible, and I find this very serious. Change menu please, correct the error! Thanks 🙏

Excellent pizza, nice service and a nice, well-kept restaurant. Great selection of different (including some vegetarian) pizzas. We were very enthusiastic and can only recommend it.

The pizzeria has been renovated very well. The environment is welcoming and the furnishings and decoration are very beautiful. The attentive and kind service. Unfortunately, however, the kitchen still seems to be in the testing phase. We waited over an hour for 4 pizzas. It's definitely too much. Considering the not very competitive price, we expect something better. Perhaps too many tables for an oven that is too small. We will return because the place deserves it but if it doesn't improve it will be tough. Some doubts also about the prices. For pizza, if it's really good, I'll gladly pay 25 chf but I struggle a bit for a bottled beer at 7 chf.

We went to Pizzeria Bianco e Rosso for an evening with friends. What can I say: finally a fresh, friendly and cheerful environment where it is possible to eat a real Neapolitan pizza! Light dough, typical consistency and seasoning with excellent quality products. The guys are very kind and attentive, I made some requests which were fulfilled without any hesitation. I can say that it is definitely the place I will return to every time I feel like pizza, because I can finally eat one just like they make it in my area! VERY GOOD!

Good pizza, shame about the prices being too high... average service, little attention from some waiters... smooth long coffee with increased price... All in all fairly good, I don't know if I'll go back.
