Big Burger in Zürich

The ambience and service leave nothing to be desired. But the burgers weren't as impressive as in the pictures, even if you can choose the buns yourself, the meat tastes like ready-made patties and not freshly fried. It's a shame, we were hoping for more here.

Cozy burger shop with super delicious food. Service staff is very friendly, one star is deducted because there are sometimes long waiting times, but this is quickly forgotten thanks to the good mood of the cellars. Ambience is not special but cozy.

Everything is good, especially the Insta Reels on the screens

The meal was good. They have a really nice range of different burgers and side dishes. I like the variety. For a fast food restaurant the prices are rather high though. Service was superb!! I like the atmosphere and decoration but the screens with "funny videos" is kinda distracting. It feels as if I was watching insta reels. It's feels so odd.

I ate a very tasty burger and almost even better sweet potato fries. Service was quick and courteous and the food also came very quickly. Rather expensive, but the price is right, you can't compare with the big neighbor. Unfortunately there is no beer and the Latino music was repetitive and didn't fit the restaurant, which is otherwise attractively decorated. I'll be back!

Last night we ate in the heart of Langstrasse, The best burger in town. Then the dessert offered by the house, Delicious. Good guys.

Super cool restaurant. Modern and very nice staff. Fresh products, the meat in the burger tasted good, top quality, you can tell. The house sauces are very good!! It's great,We'll definitely come by more often!!!! Thank you also to the nice boss, and see you soon🤩

Dirty This is what comes to mind first when I think of this establishment. Both in terms of prices, 70.- for two burgers, the quality of one of which left much to be desired. Imagine you're thirsty, every bite of fries and your palate a cry for help, begging for even a mouthful of bat blood. Well that's what I felt throughout my meal, a measly 0.3dl coke instead of bat blood. My girlfriend's burger, requested vegetarian, contained a tiny faux chicken surrounded by a medium-sized bun. Unacceptable for an establishment boasting burgers of this price. I strongly advise against it if you have not seen your 3 liters of water daily. Most : - the pives in the plant which gave a little explosive style The lessers : - salt - the bill - the detestable feeling of having been scammed

I went to Big Burger Langstrasse for the first time today, my colleague recommended this restaurant to me. I've never eaten a burger like this before. I had a Lumber Jack with the fine country potatoes and the house sauce. Really recommended… The service was simply perfect, very nice and very friendly. I still had coffee and cake on the house. I will definitely go there again.

Today I was in Langstrasse and I ordered an Original Burger. The burger was really good and tasty...the meet is REAL MEET (not like fast foods ones). I ate also some twister fries and they also were perfect...really crunchy 😋 The guys were very friendly and professional. I really liked the pictures on the wall above the cash register, they were funny 😁 I will be back!

I ordered the #Füür Burger Prime#. Prime was just the price. There was no trace of the promised hot sauce at all. 2. The food was delivered cold and I had to throw the burger into the micro. Generally a disappointingly bland affair. The taste is also not a delight for the palate. Had a pungent aftertaste. Never again!

It was OK, was nothing special and for the Prices they ask you for a Single Burger is out of the World if you ask me. Who the Hell Pays 12.- for a small Portion of Pommes and 30-40.- for Burgers? But yeah it was Nothing Special that I would say: "yeah you need to go there" also they had extremly Long to come and get the Orders.

For this price I demand a glass with ice cubes for the cola and not just the simple 0.85CHF can. However, food was good💪🏼✨

No matter whether you like classic burgers or creative variations, everyone will find their personal favorite here. What really impressed me was the great atmosphere of the shop. The ambience is inviting and cozy, and the furnishings create a unique mix of modern flair and a feel-good atmosphere. It was the ideal place to meet up with friends or enjoy a relaxed meal. The friendly staff also contributed to my positive experience. They were always attentive, helpful and obviously enjoyed giving the guests a pleasant time. Overall, I can fully recommend the Big Burger store in Zurich. If you're looking for a place with excellent burgers, great portions and a wonderful atmosphere, then you definitely have to stop by. I will definitely come back to enjoy these culinary delights again!

Unfortunately not recommended, the burger was almost cold and the bread was completely hard. The employees seemed stressed. There were far too few staff for there being so much going on. Fries were quite ok… The meat was dry and tough. Far too expensive for the poor quality.

Ordered a burger and sweetpotatoe fries for takeaway. The burger was okay but 20 fries for 11.50 is outrages.. Dont be cheap and fill that box up.

Ordered here for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. Burger was nicely put together, nothing hanging off the sides and you could eat it without spilling anything. Very good! The presentation of the burgers and fries was great too. Fries tasted good and were still very crispy despite being delivered. Gladly again.

First time I had a burger there it was great. Second time a chicken burger it was ok. Third time again burger but this time I tasted side tastes 🤢 But overall and for the staff at least the top one which deserves 5 stars I gave this place 4 stars.

Ordered two menus (delivery), received two burgers with one side and one drink. Don't trust them for delivery. Reaching out led to a short and rude exchange (where they were constantly misspelling my name). I could get a refund through UberEats so no financial harm came to me.

Catastrophe. Could also eat better somewhere in a third world country. Very expensive, terminals mostly out of service

Apart from that the waitress is nice. I don't recommend it. The taste is ordinary. Not as fresh as they advertise. The toilet is a disaster, very dirty, like it's been abandoned for years and it hasn't been cleaned. The prices are very exaggerated.

Burger correct without being incredible

The Big Buger was recommended to us by a friend from Wetzikon that it could also be enjoyed at the location on Langstrasse. For us one of the best burgers in Zurich! 💙🤍 We've already visited twice and both times the service was great, the shop was always tidy and clean and now for the burger...🍔🤩 It's top top top! Definitely coming back 👌🏼 And definitely worth mentioning: The side dishes are crunchy and also heavenly 😁 That's enough, you'll get hungry again!

Solid fast food burger, tastes good, clean location, very friendly service. The burger is OK. but also completely interchangeable - i.e. not a sensational palate experience. Good 3 stars from me.

Very nice and quick service. I decided on the New York burger. Burger was very fine and big. Highly recommended again and again. Pomeranians were very crispy and really fine. 5 star service!

Chicken Grande was good but quite cold, ordered a Big Cheese, seller guessed Swiss Beef, but then got a School Boy or something. So staff competence leaves something to be desired. If I had seen this before, I would have reported it. Cheese was instead of cheddar, analogue/toast cheese. Very unfortunate.

We waited a long time until someone came to order, then suddenly our food arrived in a flash but it wasn't tasty, the curry balls were still cold in the middle and we also found out that they had come from the microwave (Annoyed and overpaid😑). )

Disappointing and overpriced! Similar in taste to the burger menus that you get in the University of Zurich canteen for 10 CHF - only here they cost 20.

The menu included a soft drink. But I wanted a beer with it. Surcharge: + CHF 5.50?!? Are you crazy? That's more like the price of an additional beer. A little more flexibility and fair pricing would be positive for business... Burgers and fries were otherwise really good.

For me it's currently the best burger in Zurich (it's always a matter of taste). Burgers are generously topped, tasty, easy to eat, and come in great packaging (very stable, important for delivery). Also feels top quality. Most of the time we have deliveries, but from time to time we are also on Langstrasse. The employees there are really great, I like being there. In terms of price, it's on par with other burger restaurants (I don't include McDoof and Co. in this league).

Took the Swiss Burger without the fries for 16.50 CHF Was very delicious and is worlds apart from a Mc Donalds Burger, which by the the way is right next door. It seems they make more delivery then in house eating. + Polite employees + nice trendy burger place + good quality food + got served quickly - maybe a bit price if you only want a quick bite Cheers Adam

Staff TOP!! Extremely nice and friendly!! Got for 30!! Franken bought the ''Wagyu Burger'', unfortunately. The normal hamburger for 2.- at McDonald's tastes better. I didn't notice anything about Wagyu, quite the opposite. Patties not fresh either. The burger was about 90.00 and was rock hard. Unfortunately very VERY overpriced. Fries were good.
