I wouldn't visit this shop again because I waited too long for my food.

I was there today 9/19/23. It was very tasty and the service was also outstanding.

It was very great that the food and the service were there, we didn't have to wait long and the food came quickly. We were also full and the meat was really well done. The staff were funny and very friendly, keep it up. I recommend everyone to eat there. I'm glad that such a great restaurant has opened in Lyss. I will definitely come back to eat some ice cream on Wednesday. You are all great and pull it off in a very beautifully modern and luxurious way, simply wow. There is also a great smoking room where you can have some peace and quiet, but I would recommend air conditioning the restaurant and all rooms as well as the smoking room because it was very warm, otherwise everything was perfect, thank you. 🫶🏻

An excellent concept with the burgers and friendly service. Our order was delivered very promptly, and when it came to payment, it was also handled quite efficiently. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was below average. For 6.50, there was an extremely small portion of salad. The burgers at the well-known yellow 'M' restaurant chain offer better quality. The 'cheese' in the burger is far from real cheese. However, the most disappointing aspect was the heavy smell of smoke in the restaurant. Firstly, people smoke right by the entrance to the dining area, and somehow, it seems to draw all the smoke inside the establishment. Additionally, the large automatic sliding door to the smoking area keeps opening, allowing smoke to enter the dining area. Overall, the value for the price did not meet our expectations.

Just had something to drink. But I've heard good things about the good quality of the hamburgers! I'll take one in!

We only had an hour and wanted to treat ourselves to something delicious. We were able to order something to drink, but we had to wait before ordering food. After 30 minutes we still couldn't order. Other tables with two people each had a similar situation. Even if it is understaffed, you can inform the customer and not just leave them sitting. We felt and not welcome at all. It's a shame, we really wanted some delicious burgers.

We didn't receive half of the order. Then they came peeping for another hour. A 330ml cola came as compensation... That's just cheeky!! We don't order there anymore!

Ordered burger menus for 4 people this evening. Total price 138.- 2 burgers arrived in the wrong place, as a snack portion of sweet potato fries for 13.50 was a disgrace. The portion was smaller than the normal portions of fries and they were extremely soggy and cold! We have now ordered 2x, 1x of which was ok and once we went to the Resti..But we won't come back to eat for this price/performance..

A visit to Big Burger is a hit in many ways. You come into the restaurant and you quickly notice that it's not like other restaurants. The first impression you get: Wow what an atmosphere, the second impression you get is when the boss picks you up at the entrance and you are taken to his table. The menu is high quality and the service is friendly and friendly. To eat: The food is like the menu, high quality and with great attention to detail. The meat is grilled to perfection, the lettuce is fresh and crunchy and the tomatoes are red like they come from your grandmother's garden. The whole thing is rounded off with a fresh bread roll (of your choice) as if it was freshly baked by Becker. Conclusion: There is so much more to tell, but it is still best to see for yourself. The facility, staff, menu, design is TOP and pleasant, I hope it stays that way. I'd love to come back. Unfortunately, my burger patty was boring and dry. The other ingredients don't stand out from other burgers either. There's that certain something missing, like: real cheese (Gruyere, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, etc.) or your own delicious burger seasoning mix. The burgers can be customized, great for allergy sufferers!
