Unfortunately the kebab wasn't fresh at all. The meat tasted old, all the vegetables were limp and the sauce had no taste. This is definitely better.

Delivered way too late than stated, so I couldn't eat because my lunch was over when the delivery came, and the employees are so unfriendly when you call and ask. It's just a complete mess.

I'm thrilled the burgers are great and exactly as ordered except for the extra patty in my burger but I don't want to complain about that. Mixed salad according to my taste with 6 different ingredients. Competent delivery driver, the address is difficult to find, but it wasn't a problem for him.

OUT OF 4 ORDERS 1 DELIVERED CORRECTLY. I ordered a kebab plate with just fries and meat and it was delivered with cocktail sauce. When I called and told them it was delivered incorrectly they said they would bring me a new kebab plate. 20 minutes later I only got a small kebab box that was almost half full of meat.

We ordered a New York Burger (double burger meat, cheese and bacon), a normal hamburger and 6 spring rolls with tartare sauce. The tomatoes in both burgers tasted like nothing and were soggy and not edible, the Ny burger had no bacon and the meat only tasted burnt, the only thing that was actually edible about the burger were the onions. The tartare sauce tasted like old mayonnaise and not at all like tartare... At least they were competent enough to provide the right drink in the right size... Not recommendable. Delivery time 85 minutes. I ordered a Pizza Fiorentina and a kebab box with BBQ sauce. I got a tarte flambée with a few lumps of spinach, without egg or bacon. And a kebab box with mayonnaise instead of bbq sauce. Also, the pizza smelled like seafood and the rest smelled like rancid frying fat or something. In addition, the supplier cheated me out of 2 francs...

When we were remodeling our house, we ordered a lot from Big Mama. Over time they knew who we were, we didn't even have to give the address anymore. :-) The pizzas are too greasy for my taste, but the toppings are made with fresh products. The pizzas taste good. Dürüm/kebabs are delicious. They are always well filled and have enough sauce. Mmmmhhhh :-) Nuggets and fries are also good... especially the fries with the fine spice mix. The staff/couriers are always very friendly. The waiting time is reasonable, 30-45 minutes.
