For beginners and professionals, it is a clean and perfect place. Family reunions and 1 dares will be a complete success there and boredom is definitely not present and allowed at this place. A fixed point of view for me when I want to forget time and enjoy life. Thank you for the experience and see you next time.

Super very crowded but normally cool on the weekend

Service is great - it was very busy on Friday evening and we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The tables, especially at the back on the right, were very nice because they were quiet and had more space. I can only recommend it - the prices are ok too!

Nice place with good equipment. Negative side: the pool price is calculated not based on the actual play time, but on the time frame you are in possession of the balls, so if your table is far away and you need 1-2 min walk to reach it, or if you have to wait in line to give back the balls, you pay for such dead time, and with a price of 1 fr / 2 min this is not irrelevant. The staff has completely and somehow unfriendly rejected and pushed back my remark - like "no discussion" - which in a way ruined an otherwise positive evening

I went to play at the Billiardino Zurich-Westside The largest billiard center in Switzerland 🇨🇭Go Dart 🎯 Go played with my best colleague and the two of us always had a lot of fun when we were together and I personally really enjoy playing darts and it's true I personally think it was a lovely evening.

Great to play some pool and have a couple beers, very packed on the weekends so expect 20-30 minute wait time for a pool table.

Great place to play Billiard, Snooker, Shuffle, and Dart. The staff is friendly and helpful. Can only recommend this place!

Best Billiard experience in Zurich

Cool place! Friendly staff, affordable drinks and a zillion tables of all sizes. My only problem is, 50 cents per minute! Per MINUTE! I came and chilled out for 90 minutes. Again, I like the place, but... Damn. I will certainly come back, and hopefully negotiate a deal, lol.

I think it's great that they have these Fun4Four gaming tables. Unfortunately, I've been served poorly twice by a gentleman...could be better. However, the restaurant and location are great.

Decent place but the staff are openly scamming clients, blackmailing them into paying for tables and drinks they didnt order/use, especially foreigners. They alienated 10 clients that spent hundreds for no reason. If you don't want to get scammed don't go near this forsaken place.

They didn't want to just give us a table because there were 6 of us. The owner wanted to sell us two tables because of the chairs. The owner was very unfriendly and according to his statement, the restaurant was fully booked. What's the point?

Cozy arcade hall with billiards, darts, shiffle boards etc. Perfect for an evening with friends or a club. The only negative point: beer is a bit expensive.

Huge room with lots of billiard tables. Inflexible service - if there are 7 people, you automatically have to book 2 tables, because a maximum of 4 people can sit at one table. So more than 4 people are not allowed to share a single table. So trying 1-2 times in between is not an option for beginners and less enthusiastic players. In addition to the pool tables, there are tables with high bar stools. The tables are also very expensive!

Many billiard tables available. The price is fair. The only stupid thing is that you can't have more than 4 people at a table (there were six of us) even if we wanted to take turns playing.

The facility is good however the staff were very unfriendly and one of the personal even threatened us which was unprovoked and unprofessional.

One of the biggest Snooker and Billiards clubs I have ever been . Went there at bank Holiday weekend and it was packed up. Enjoyed the billiard game and drinks👍😎

A little expensive, but great atmosphere and good equipment

The equipment is in top condition and the staff is mostly friendly. Individuals on staff tend to become a bit disrespectful when there is a lot going on.

Great billiards hall... lots of tables to play on. Therefore there is almost always a table free. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. Today we bought a new case (video) and a new cue (picture). We were served very kindly by the lady with the curly hair. Thank you, Greetings Nico and Luca.

Very large billiards hall with what feels like 100 tables and 3 table football tables. The atmosphere is quite ok, but I think that 1 chf is a lot of money for playing billiards for 2 minutes.

Big billiard place with a lot of tables (snooker & pool 8-/9-foot). Tables and areas are clean. Friendly staff. Only things is that the table rent is very high for foreigners. I paid 58 CHF for less than two hours. At home I play half a year in my poolhall for the same price.

The cloth was quite worn out. Will the tables be reupholstered soon?

Huge hall, lots of tables, great facilities and a good selection of beer. Personally, I missed the “usual” snacks like chicken wings, wedges, etc. as finger food on the side. But that's absolutely irrelevant :) the rest is great!

This has to be one of the biggest billiards places I’ve been to (ok, haven’t been to that many). We always get a table (without reservations), be it weekday or Sunday. The staff are nice, nothing more to ask for :)

We went there on Friday evenig around 21:00. So we had to wait 15-20 minutes before we could go play. But then we could play as long as we wanted. There are many tables in this Building so sometimes you cant make your play right away because someone else from antother table stands in your way but you only need to wait few seconds. The tables and queue were in good contition. The prices were okay. We paid 45 CHF for 90 minutes. All in all i would recommend this place if you want to play billard in Zurich.

Very cool Billard and Darts place in Zürich. Probably the largest I've ever been in. Prices are fair for ZH I'd say. We paid about 60CHF for a table bit stayed almost 2 Hours.

Always a good experience when I come here with my son to play. We usually play for 60-90 minutes and have a drink each. The price is usually around 45.- which is reasonable considering it's Zürich, and the overheads a business like this must have. The guy who runs the place sometimes comes and gives us tips on how to play, which is always appreciated as we are both amateurs.

Very rude how they don't apologize to a customer when Bea Mercedes wrote openly and honestly about how they got too close to her. She respectfully apologized to them and said she wouldn't do that anymore. The fact that you answered her in German shows that you know who she was and how incorrectly you acted, threatening to throw her out. The tables are worth a lot but so is the customer. They didn't even apologize in their text. did you have a bad day? Bad Vibes Only with Billiardino

i often visit this place with my friends and today i went with my coworkers. i sat on one of the tables and idk if it was the boss or a worker but he came extremely close and told me that i can’t sit there, i directly said sorry and it wont happen again and he repeatedly told me that he can kick me out and stared constantly in my eyes like i would get scared or sum. in all it was a really uncomfortable situation and especially like this u can loose clients. i hope this person respects personal space and talks to clients nicely without threatening them to kick’m out. i meant no harm.

Two people: two beers each and two hours of billiards. 95 CHF!!! Rip-off for anyone looking for a cozy evening! Play fast and get out fast is the motto here Addendum 12/20/22 INCORRECT! 126 minutes at 0.50 centimes are 63 CHF + 4 x beers at 8 CHF are 32 CHF, making a total of 95 CHF! Please don't spread untruths, it hasn't been TOP equipped for a long time.

Very nice Billard place, lots of tables and they have a bar. They have 3 dart boards, 1 Foosball table. Nice place to go with friends they offer billard sticks.

Billiards and ambience are ok, and if you want to try the worst whiskey sour in Zurich, this is the place for you.

Very unfriendly staff who were present on October 20th, 2022 between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. I don't know if he was in a bad mood or if it was his way, but he should treat us with decency and respect. This spoils your mood...

Huge billiard salon on 1700 m2. Super well maintained! Every table is constantly disinfected for the new players. Once Billiardino, only Billiardino!!!!

A lovely example of a billiards hall. Lots and lots of tables. Small, medium and large tables. They serve a good variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. You can run up a tab linked to your table number and pay when you are done. Tables are quite expensive for someone from the UK, they are 25chf/hour. But for the quality of the table and also the service then it is worth it. The staff spoke reasonably good English as well. Highly recommend

2.- per person for a round of darts? I think it's overpriced for the quality of the targets and arrows. In addition, in my opinion the distance marking is not correct. Certainly good for billiards, unfortunately not for darts (there are no steel darts either…)

Perfectly maintained equipment, super friendly and competent service.

Many tables here with high quality cue sticks and balls. Normally i would take my own cue but it’s not needed here.

Do not go there. Rude and overcharge you if you are not a local. They will rip you off and charge you like crazy if your not a local

If your American don’t come here they will over charge you because you don’t know the prices. Also very rude and aren’t flexible on food services.

A massive amount of pool tables. Quite expensive but nice ques and tables.

No more than four people are allowed to stand at the pool table, otherwise you have to wait outside (despite consumption) - there were five of us - no thanks, never again extremely unfriendly and zero courtesy - I wasn't even allowed to wait 5 minutes for a colleague who was in the toilet Not recommended, I will avoid it in the future

good service. fair prices. much place. never had to wait to get a table. best place to play a friendly game of pool in zürich. only thing i wish is that the beverage situation is a bit dire- would love to have some alcoholic beverages while playing some pool.

Nice location to spend an evening at. Enough tables available since the location is extremely big. Bar staff is very polite and helpful. A wide variety of drinks available. If I may give a hint, some music at the location would definitely increase the mood of the guests. We'll definitely visit again.

We had a lovely and fun evening of billiards. The staff is super nice, funny and uncomplicated. Receiving the certificate and ID was also easy. The snack menu has a large selection of dishes, which pleasantly surprised us. A top restaurant.
