Small, simple and good. Ideal for stopping off after a short hike. Friendly service with a family atmosphere in the restaurant. The Rösti with pork sausage was excellent. For people who don't like it so hearty, I can recommend the nice salad with a tasty cake.

Great restaurant with terrace in the sun after a walk in the snow! The waitress served us with great kindness! THANKS Small downside, we ate grandmother's style soup and a portion of fries. Too bad there was zucchini in the soup with the other seasonal vegetables. Replacing them with leek for example to match the season would be great! Otherwise perfect! We will return!

A typical Swiss mountain restaurant located a short walk from the centre of Leukerbad in the Swiss Alps. Like other restaurants in the area, it is owner run and some patience is needed. The food was good and the beer in the Sun appreciated. Stunning venue in the mountain valley.

I was in Leukerbad on Thursday and in Birchen, a small, good restaurant. The weather was great. The food in Birchen was great again. It's worth checking out in winter

Food is always important when hiking! Therefore, we highly recommend stopping at Birchen on the Römerweg and enjoying the food! Very friendly staff, nice location, sweet ambience and super delicious roast beef! 😍👌🏼 I always like to come by when I'm in Leukerbad 😁

Restaurant was more than welcoming for two lost and exhausted hiker at leukerbad bush . nice view and quiet place, so if you want to relax this restaurant is the best place to go, the restaurant managed by an old good looking lady who was so kind and friendly. customer service was good , to me Good customer service means making guests feel welcome and taken care of. It means that no matter how they come to you, they leave happy. Most important, no matter what the business, giving good service means your customer will come back for more and i felt i will go back some day again.

Idéalement situé sur la Romerweg, le restaurant Birchen est une étape très agréable pour boire un verre ou manger un petit plat. Il y a 2 terrasses ensoleillées, et la patronne est toujours souriante et agréable. La nourriture est simple mais très fraîche, je me suis régalée avec une magnifique salade composée. Sinon, on trouve tous les plats locaux. Le service est rapide et efficace, même s'il y a du monde.Nous recommandons !

Situé sur un chemin entre Loèche-les-Bains et Bodmen, ce restaurant accueillant avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée et vue sur les échelles d’Albinen présente une carte simple de produits locaux d'excellente qualité. La patronne est très sympathique, le décor soigné. C'est la première fois que je trouve dans les toilettes femmes, en plus de la table à langer, un choix de couches gratuites! Une belle attention pour les marcheurs qui auraient oublié la couche de bébé.
