Birreria Jonny Bar Sagl in Lugano

They were rude to me. I went several times in the months of December and January, always in the morning while my son was at the nursery next door (9-30 -12.40) with his work computer. I spent between 5 and 25 francs each time, but they soon made me feel like I was there. Especially between 12 and 12.40 they were annoyed by the fact that I occupied the table without having lunch (which I only did once). They first asked me to sit at a specific table in the bar (I did), then they told me I had to sit in a corner of the table (I did) and the last time they actually told me I had asked them losing lunch customers (which in my opinion has never happened because when I have been there there has always been at least one free table even at lunch time). It was enough to be clear right away if they don't want the table occupied at lunchtime by those who consume other things (juices, coffee, sandwiches, cappuccinos etc etc). Treated as if they were doing me a favor and I wasn't a paying customer. Nothing like this had ever happened to me anywhere in the world.

Good beer from Switzerland is served here. Nice service is a big plus!

I was there a few days ago with 3 people, we order, then we ask for the bill, we look at the time on the receipt, and we see that it is not the same, we were there at 3.10pm, in short the waitress used the same receipt with others 3 customers... to good connoisseur...A piece of advice, when you go and when you pay, check the time... to good connoisseur...

Always good, freshly prepared pasta dishes, alongside a diverse small menu. Always friendly and FLEXIBLE. Simple and TOP.

It is a very popular bar, you have good breakfasts, you eat for lunch and you can finish with interesting aperitifs. Very friendly fast service seating inside and outside.
