Bistro Backstein in Schlieren

Very nice and well-equipped Hiestand Bistro "Black Market". Good selection of very tasty Hiestand products. The lunch was very tasty and freshly prepared. The staff is always friendly and helpful/accommodating. Enough space both inside and outside. Free parking spaces available in front of the bistro. Great, I'll be back again.

Good food except for a steak that I ordered which for the price was very tough, the service the waiter was very friendly but gave little information to people my wife ordered the dish of the day and was unable to say that I was entitled to a drink only at the end when I complained about the dessert which was a slice of biscuit cake, I don't think I've ever had a dessert with as little quantity as that slice of biscuit cake, I even said if it was just to taste, the waitress told me it was part of the wife's dish, but in fact Justifies such a small amount so next time I'll take a photo to publish

Inexplicably closed for 4 weeks!

I am very satisfied with this restaurant and cafe. It's very nice and very pleasant to be here. The food is quite good and the staff are very friendly. I can highly recommend the muffins.
