We went to Palm for lunch. Very friendly and competent service and, as always, good food.

I miss you already! The room was wonderfully equipped. Breakfast was perfect. The view was spectacular. The staff was so kind and helpful. My only complaint is that we had to leave.

We spent a wonderful 5 nights at Hotel Balm. The staff are friendly and accommodating, a nice breakfast, and a comfortable and quiet room. The hotel is right on the bus line, 15 min to Luzern, runs every 15 min, and is free with your stay! But what makes this place truly special are the views!

It was an amazing stay. Our room is nice and overlooking Lake Luzern. The bus is free going to the city of Luzern (i guess it is standard if you are tourist). The food is great! 😋 The stuff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Clean and tidy rooms. The view from the balcony was so wonderful I will fall short of words. The room service and hotel staff is very helpful as we were new they gave us an idea how to explore the city around. The breakfast which was served was so healthy and delicious with fresh fruits. Good hotel within reasonable rate.
