The kebab is delicious. The price has recently increased somewhat (from 11 Fr to 12.50 Fr). But that's the case everywhere. I'd love to come back

I ordered a kebab plate. The meat was not good. Completely dried out and tasteless, like I was eating saw dust. The portion is big but I would hope so at that price.

Switzerland is super expensive but this restaurant was the cheapest I could find. The quality of the food is normal as all the kebab restaurants I’ve eaten. Nothing special. The reason why it has good reviews it’s because of the prices and I agree. The kebab was OK. I also tried the baklava, but it was a disappointment. The stuff there was so nice and friendly. It was the best thing of the place at my opinion. In front of the restaurant there is free parking space .

For the price of 11.- you can expect more and you can get more elsewhere in Lucerne. I asked for more sauce because there was almost only salad in the kebab, but the employee responded grumpily. All in all, too much praise for what is delivered. Ambiance not rated because kebab to go.

Always super tasty! Best kebab in Lucerne. Whether box, kebab or kebab calzone... special requests are taken into account. Fries are always made fresh for the box. Prices are normal. Sometimes long queues :) Service is always friendly, sometimes stressed. Unfortunately a bit away from the city center, but since the renovation there is enough seating and it is quite 'cozy'. Only recommended!

Terrible! The kebab meat is cut automatically with the device, which I think is a good and sweat-free thing. But now comes the crux of the matter, the meat is apparently cut almost raw and then grilled on the grill plate, but that still wasn't enough, so we had a strange amount of meat that wasn't cooked through. The rating is definitely misleading. I think that people who like to eat kebab have no alternative. From the store it's perfectly fine, but the quality is subpar. If you want to eat kebab, you will be disappointed here. Conclusion: Give it a wide berth!

Today was my first visit to Dogans. I ordered a delicious dürüm for 11 fr. which is very good in terms of price. the dürüm was very well filled and very tasty. Unfortunately not enough sauce and very oily (see photos). In general the food was good except for all the oil that came out

The portions are really big haha. I ordered kebabs and a burger and ended up having some left over. It wasn't quite as tasty, but I still enjoyed it.

Kebab calzone is very nice, but I can't recommend the flatbread and pocket bread. In my opinion too tasteless (bland) and far too little meat for this price. Better a smartly packaged kebab ala Ayverdis, instead of quality and size. It's a shame, things used to be different (old location). You generate a lot of sales, open a new restaurant and completely lose quality. I can't understand it at all. Why do you have to save on the amount of meat and thus annoy regular customers? So there is no reason for me to go there anymore.

Not halal. The restaurant is actually quite nice and professionally equipped. But I wanted to know whether the meat is halal and I can see the certificate, to which the answer was: “It is halal according to the supplier and we also have a certificate but it is too difficult to get it out now, either you trust us or you don’t.” I found the answer strange/irritating and not customer friendly. When I asked about the origin of the meat, the waitress replied with “Switzerland” and thus confirmed to me that it was definitely not halal. Apart from that, the falafel dürüm was mediocre, hence the 3 stars.

No longer the same dogan as at the first branch. Now it has become a common kebab that you can get everywhere. Prices have gone up, which I don't think is a bad thing. However, with the combination that the portions have become much smaller and there is more salad, I find it very expensive.

Unfortunately it's not the same as it used to be! Before Dogans moved into the larger store, the store seemed more familiar and you were more valued as a customer. Unfortunately, the prices have also been increased and (in my opinion) the portions are also a little smaller. In particular, the famous kebab calzone has become smaller. As I said, the prices are 10-20% higher. Unfortunately, a few old products have also been removed from the menu. It's a shame that things have moved in this direction. Dogans was once the best kebab shop in Switzerland. From my point of view.

The pizza is delicious, the flatbread kebab is uniquely good and the kebabcalzone is a classic; the ingredients are fresh and the cocktail sauce is definitely not “just out of a can” - pretty much every kebab shop in the city can take a lesson from that. The new restaurant is clean, offers plenty of space even at lunchtime... I'm happy to pay a franc or two more for reasons. Keep it up, Dogan's, thanks for this great offer!

Food poisoning the next morning after consumption in Dogans... doesn't necessarily have to be from Dürüm, but before/after only home-cooked vegetables/pasta/rice without meat were consumed

Bigger, better, Dogans! As usual everything was delicious. Has bigger seating area now, it moved just right next door. Can recommend if you are in the area, especially the Calzone with Kebab meat 🍖

I used to be a fan of Dogan, but unfortunately the quality has decreased significantly since moving to the new premises. The kebab meat is just this tasteless sausage stuff - no longer real, tasty meat. And with this automatic cutting device, the meat is at best warmed up, but no longer properly fried or even roasted, which means that a lot of the taste is lost. The sauces are ok. The pizzas are great. The waiting times are long, despite an armada of staff behind the counter. During rush hour you can easily wait 30 minutes until you get something to eat (including standing in line and ordering). I would like real kebab meat to be used again, for which I would be happy to pay a little more. The falafel are okay, but unfortunately not a unique selling point/USP. Given the current situation, I will (unfortunately) avoid the store for the time being. It's a real shame - dear Dogan used to be SO good. Only the ambience stands out as being extremely positive. Nice decor and first class ventilation. The service is also very friendly and you feel welcome. If this were also implemented in a culinary way, that would be very nice!

Dogan’s Kebab & Pizzahaus, in the new restaurant on Tribschenstrasse in Lucerne. Now you have a lot of air in this beautifully decorated restaurant and there is a very large selection for kebab or pizza gourmets. Everything is freshly prepared and the food here tastes very good. As always, the staff is very friendly and you get a friendly smile :) Conclusion: I can highly recommend this restaurant. The large shop windows allow a lot of daylight into the restaurant and you can see what's delicious on your plate or in your kebab bag. I give it top marks. 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Donner was ok, nothing special There was a new opening and there was baklava and something that looked like cay but turned out to be mulled wine I don't understand how you can't even write down that it's alcohol and then leave it accessible to children So conclusion For me it has nothing to do with a Turkish restaurant but rather a chic miki shop. I can't recommend it
