Great staff, small but nice bistro. We always enjoy visiting the bistro.

I would say for me it was very very good I am very satisfied I go at least three four five times a year but it is always the same very good food very very very good service and I would say you have to try it for yourself learn and enjoy merci

Small, homely bistro that touches the hearts of guests with its simplicity and charm. The delicious, warming homemade soups will make every soup buffoon learn better. We would like to come again.

We were looking for something - where exactly what we expected. Classic breakfast but with good products. The coffee/latte is a dream... :-) Very friendly and attentive staff. Good portions, good value for money. So it fits😊 Finally, you should take a detour to the cake display case in the bakery shop. 😉 Also highly recommended, large selection of soups (lunchtime) and good small other foods to eat. Keep it up, we'd love to come back...

A nice bistro, great ambience, fine food. The Gruyère was great, thank you. Was there several times with the previous owner. Things will continue beautifully.

We stopped at Bistro Promenade for lunch. A very good decision. The soup alone was excellent. But The tarte flambée put everything that came before in the shade. Just great!!!! The service was also very courteous and friendly!!!! We'll be back next time soon!!! Bistro highly recommended.

Have been to this romantic café several times. The quiche and cheesecake are a poem. As always, the service is very attentive and friendly. Very romantic little café at the entrance to Thun from Gunten. With its own bakery. Superfine baked goods and friendly service. Beautifully and lovingly furnished and decorated. Invites you to linger and discuss together. Just a few meters from the Aare. Parking spaces are also available. Ideal starting point for a walk through Thun's old town along the Aare. The fine, creative soups are highly recommended. My favorite is the porcini mushroom soup with chestnuts.

We ended up with you as part of a food trail. The service, the employees, the soup and the bistro in general are just TOP! You immediately felt comfortable and welcome, which is just brilliant. It's almost difficult to decide whether the soup or the manner and warmth were the highlight. Thank you for the great time we were able to enjoy with you. We were definitely not with you for the last time.

A little insider tip: a traditional bakery that you don't find very often anymore with very reasonable prices. Feel free to get a sandwich here (they're good) and sit down by the Aare

A visit to the charming Bistro Promenade with its original decor is highly recommended. The very friendly staff makes you feel completely comfortable. The delicious cakes and the rich breakfast with the wonderful, homemade jam are a real treat. As soon as we have the opportunity we will be happy to come by again. Small but nice. Very comfortable and with lots of small accessories. Be careful, there are few parking spaces in front of the café, but there is a large parking garage very close by.

A pastry shop adjoining a bar with a warm atmosphere: you can take away or enjoy at the table. Not a lot of choice but good options, both savory (meat croissants, quiches, etc.) and sweet (surprising to find a cherry clafoutis in January, very good in fact). Reheating in the microwave softens the salty foods and does not add value to the products... it's up to you to decide whether you ask for it or not. Ideal locations along the walk from the city center to the lake along the Aare. Very reasonable prices... it's rare enough in Switzerland to be underlined. Difficulties in expressing yourself other than in German, but everyone has good will and everything goes quite well in the end. Wonderful cafe. We had breakfast here because we were in Thun for a weekend and were thrilled. It was super tasty and especially the homemade jam was fantastic. The service is very friendly and the café is beautifully decorated and really cozy. We will come back :-)

An extremely cosy and cute place with friendly staff. They have lots of teas and desserts to pick from. The place itself is somewhat away from the centre of the city but it is definitely worth a stroll along the river to get here and have a rest.

Nice café with lovely furnishings and friendly service. The café also has outside seating. Since the Hofstettenstrasse that runs past it is very busy, sitting outside is probably not enjoyable for everyone. If you like it quieter, take a seat inside and enjoy the lovingly designed interior. Going to the toilet is also an eye-catcher. Unfortunately, Café 66 is only open during the day.
