Most delicious pulled beef burger I have ever tasted

Simply EXCEPTIONAL! We have been coming to this superb restaurant for years, each time we are very well received and the cuisine and presentation of the dishes are top notch. Everything is delicious, we hesitate for a long time each time to choose our dish. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Visited on 9/1/24. To get there you have to take a walk of about 40 minutes from the village of Lekuerbad along a snow-covered path (in winter). But the hike is rewarded by excellent typical Valais cuisine, rustic and substantial. Don't miss the Cholera (savoury pie with leeks, cabbage, potatoes and raclette cheese), but the potato-based tartiflette is also not bad. If you are in Leukerbad, don't miss it!

Very nicely located restaurant with a fantastic terrace. The food is fantastic, you can just tell that someone there knows and lives their craft. The service is also super nice and highly qualified. You really feel welcome here as a guest. Keep it up and see you next time.

A magnificent place, easy to access from Loėche les Bains. After a 50-minute walk, accessible to all. A pleasant couple of restaurateurs and very good bistronomic cuisine.

What a joy to be in this magnificent place 😍 In this restaurant everything is done to make you feel more than comfortable. Aperitif with small appetizers, the meal was very very good and well presented. The chocolate mousse 😋😋😋😋 with the coffee you receive a little homemade treat and with the addition a small glass of hay liqueur. The best restaurant we have ever been to. A restaurant where the owners give everything to please their customers. Rare thing these days THANK YOU

After an hour's walk in the sun, a beneficial break in a pretty house, a beautiful terrace and a charming owner. We only had one drink there but it was wonderful. I recommend the homemade iced tea.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! Take the slightly longer route. It's going to be worth it. Absolutely warm atmosphere, great service and really good food. The restaurant itself is really decorated with great attention to detail. Absolutely great and really recommended!

What a delightful lunch in such a gorgeous setting. The food was excellent and the service friendly. We sat on the patio, but it was so beautifully decorated inside that it would be lovely to go back. The walk to and from Leukerbad is about an hour and beautiful as well. I hope to visit again next time we come to Leukerbad.

The food and wine selection (regional) is excellent. The dishes are prepared with local ingredients with a lot of love, and sometimes for a very long time (braised dishes). Very friendly service and great ambience. It's no surprise when you have to reserve a seat.

A really great place to settle down after a wonderful walk along the Roman Trail. You notice the attention to detail and everything goes hand in hand. The selection of food and drinks is exquisite. And the teas are close to nature and expert. The fact that they only open "from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m." is a shame, but it's 100% understandable and the fact that they are completely behind this decision, I think, only makes them more successful and likeable. Just keep it up.

Yes, that's unique - friendly, fine, our own herbal teas from the garden, seasonal and local... just go there and enjoy, highly recommended!

Very well located restaurant, fantastic view from a large terrace. An excellent stopping point after a walk from Leukerbad. The restaurant is very well decorated and the atmosphere is excellent. The staff is friendly and the service impeccable. Food also very varied and excellent. I recommend the herbed goat cheese with fig mustard, delicious. Finally excellent drinks when the break is just to drink for a while. We've been coming back for years and it's a pleasure every time.

Well, actually I haven’t seen such a nice and attentive service in quite some time! The food is nicely presented and tastes even better. If you are on a hike you should stop by this place.

Be careful with the price of wine. I take a 1/2 box of red wine, the cheapest at CHF 35.-. The boss tells me she has more and offers me a Cornalin in 1/2 box. When the 1/2 box was invoiced it was Chf 52....... It must have contained gold flakes but I didn't feel anything, it's scandalous to charge such prices, too bad.... .

Beautifully presented food and drinks. Feel-good feeling guaranteed. Only the "tripping heels" and stones on the terrace down to the playground are not happy...that could be repaired a bit and some accidents could be prevented. Otherwise: top address!

The “Massvoll” banner on the fence stopped me from further visits. Hand alcohol dispenser was empty. I pointed this out - it didn't change anything. In other years I had a positive experience of the place.

Great hosts! Very tasty, regional food! A great place worth visiting!

Vers nice place with vers friendly staff. The sight is wonderful and the food is very good. You’ll need about 30-45 minutes by feet to get here from Leukerbad, but the walk is really relaxing and beautiful. If you have more time before coming or when leaving, I recommend to do a little detour by the waterfall that is located on top of the Romerweg. PS: 4 stars because the water is « kind of  expensive », saying they serve it for free but you’ll need to pay for service/washing/glass with 1CHF/dl (so 7.50 for a tap water bottle of 0.75 l). To only negative points…

Absolutely lovely place. Nicely decorated. You will need to walk for 50 minutes to reach this place. But once you get there you will immediately forget the time you took. The path from Leukerbad is accessible by anyone. The sightseeing is absolutely amazing. Due to the current situation, could not taste the food. Maybe next year 😉

Schöne Lage, Getränke wegen Corona in Pappbechern, daher nach meinem empfinden die Preise zu überhöht. Restaurant arg etwas zu "vollgestopft" mit käuflichen Produkten.

See freundliches Wirtepaar. Walliser-Tüte sehr zu empfehlen. Werden sehr gerne wieder hier einkehren, wenn wir wieder einmal in der Gegend sind.
