The tastiest food I've eaten in a long time.

Very authentic and delicious Thai food. We had the pad thai and panang curry and both were amazing.

Luckily I reserved a table with chairs. The food was excellent!

If you like Asian food, a visit to Boo is a must. Large selection of dishes, beautifully prepared and taste very tasty. Staff friendly and attentive. Gladly again.

Have been to Boo several times and have never been disappointed. Recently on a weekday we spontaneously wanted to eat something quick (!) before going to a musical. The shop was full, but we were still assigned a seat and the food came super quickly and was delicious as expected: Since it had to be very quick, we informed the service in advance about our time constraints and 'only' ordered different soups (Tom Yam Gung & Tom Kah Gai) as HG. We had nothing to complain about, super friendly service and delicious dishes despite the rush hour.

Friendly staff, quick service and delicious thai food! Had the vegan spicy peanut curry with plant based chicken which was delicious and indeed spicy. The place is quite cosy with some modern elements. Will defenitely come back here!

Actually delicious, ordered often too. But the way they handled my last order was just anti-social! Ordered 2 beef soups via Uber Eats, but the soups had leaked through the box (poor packaging!) and the courier and I were left at a loss... We called the restaurant and the employee told us that the courier should come again and that Delivered food promptly... The courier stopped coming... A day later I called and explained the situation... The restaurant immediately dismissed the mistake and told me to take an Uber myself... Well yes, of course now the food is in the bin, I can't register a case with Uber Eats and I have to hand over my 60.00 as a donation to the two crook companies. No more!

Very good Thai, good service. A little loud, but fine for lunch.

The Pad Thai is really tasty (even if the quality varies at every meal) but important instructions are consistently ignored, whether in the restaurants or for delivery. I previously ordered 3 portions of Pad Thai, two of which were supposed to be without tofu - for medical reasons - and all of them had tofu in them. That's 50 CHF for nothing! If you can't respect important customer advice, you don't deserve customers. Was the last time for me!

Very friendly employees. Very good Thai food, were there for lunch. Very good dim sum, very good curry! Special Thai Ice Tea was really special good. Portions were almost too big, we didn't wait long for the food and the restaurant was well attended. It was great, thank you!

Cheap, but the food was there after just under 5 minutes and was only warmed up half-heartedly. Food wasn't good. It's a shame, it used to be a great restaurant.

Before an event, we were looking for a good restaurant nearby and chose BOO. The food was incredibly tasty, the portion sizes were fairly priced and the staff was very friendly. We also found the decor hip and contemporary (but we had a table outside). The next time you visit Basel, the BOO will be at the top of the list again! Thanks...keep it up. The food is great and recommended. I've been there several times and can only recommend it. The price is okay. What is particularly good is Red Thai Curry. One of my favorite dishes. The staff is nice and friendly.

Super friendly service, there is seating both inside and outside. Right near a tram station. Tasty food, quiet ambience and also nicely decorated. Is definitely recommended.

What a nice find during our one night stopover in Basel. Food was excellent and staff was friendly and attentive. Be sure to make a reservation. This place seems very popular and all tables were reserved. We were lucky to get a table bc we went as soon as they opened for an early dinner.

Nice food - the phad Thai is good & the beef noodle soup is good. Tasty n has the local flavour. The fried fish was also a good option too. Only the green curry was a bit off - a little over creamy.

Never thought Thai food is popular in Basel. This modern Thai chain restraunt reminds me of comfort Thai dishes you will find in San Francisco. Very friendly staff and a hip spot for young people gathering. I say check it out.

Staff were friendly and helpful - it was incredibly busy but they were able to find us a table without a reservation. Food was delicious and large portions. Would dine again.

I've been to Boo several times and it's always been delicious. When I was there the other day we ordered spring rolls. They were so inedible that we didn't eat them. Since there were 4 of us, we all tried the spring rolls to make sure it wasn't a matter of individual taste, but everyone agreed. When the appetizer came to be cleared away, we communicated it. The kitchen's answer was simply that they have to taste like that. Since when do spring rolls have to taste like farm hay? It's a shame they weren't more flexible and we had to pay the full price for the spring rolls. I'll think twice about going to Boo in the future.

Don't use wooden benches for long periods of time... otherwise you'll eat fresh, good food

We were very happy with our visit to Boo. My wife and daughter were also able to eat without any problems. Since they are familiar with gluten-free preparation locally, the Zöllis are also suitable. We'd love to come back.

Great service and good quality food. We had a bunch of different things, penang curry, bean, spring rolls, chicken satay, ravioles… All super tasty. You definitely feel in Thailand in this food! They also have Thai beer. Staff speaks fluent English and German.

Great service and good quality food. Staff speaks fluent English and German. We had deep fried whole fish and requested for the spicy sauce to be served separately. Dessert was mango sticky rice.. we loved the crunchy bits on the sticky rice.

The best in Asian catering, nothing to say, superb place!!

Unfortunately, lunch on a Wednesday was just average. When it came to the menu, I was disappointed that there were no menus for lunch. The waitress was also only moderately motivated and served me the starter “SomTam”. This was very delicate and sophisticated with the peanuts and made you want more. The main course "Bai Kapao" from the wok with rather few shrimps was unfortunately a bit vegetable-heavy and had a rather boring taste. With the “Chicken Sweet and Sour” we literally had to look for the meat in the vegetables. In addition, the sauce was very boring (comparable to the "Uncle Ben's" from the jar). Definitely not enough performance for the price. Only the good starter prevented even fewer stars. Of course there were no tips...

A real gem. Modern decor and excellent food and service. Red curry chicken was perfect with s mild heat. Appetizers of chicken satay and spring rolls were great. Worth a return visit.

The food was average and ok considering in Basel area, the service is standard but it was a bit surprised that the waiter asked directly for tips maybe because we spoke English.

We ordered the cashew nuts chicken and green curry. The food was average for Asian standard, but amazing if you benchmark it against European standard. Authentic Thai would be more spicy with thicker coconut and thick sauce, but the curry was a literal soup. Would recommend if you are missing some Asian food in Basel.

If you are in Basel this place near the congress palace is ideal. Asian food very well cooked, seasoned, quite large portions and clean and exquisite service. The fried rice and the amazing wok.

The Pad Thai chicken was extremely inedible. Some of it is still raw. We called and explained the problem. They didn't meet us one bit.

I ate for lunch and everything was excellent: very good food, wide choice and friendly staff. I will happily return!

A typical Thai restaurant with excellent selection and friendly service. The outdoor seating has a Cosy garden feel. Good drinks combinations. Pity they ran out if the mango sticky rice !

If you like Thai food, you're in for quite a treat. My friend talked to me about the fried duck at Boo and it was all I could think about for the next 3 days, until we finally went for dinner. The fried duck was phenomenal and so was the Boo starter, I paired it with a Boo iced tea which was a little sweet but not enough to ruin the experience. The staff was friendly and if I were a local, I would become a regular at this establishment.

So. Unbelievable. Yummy!!!!! I love it!
