Boulangerie Bonnin in Nyon

The welcoming service, the good atmosphere and the appearance of the products is good, but the taste is really not that. Sweet and salty coarsely sweetened with coarse sugar, very dense bread without texture, cream filling for pastries with an artificial taste. And a long black hair in one of the pain au chocolat... A bit of a shame for the price and location.

A real artisanal bakery (like there aren't many anymore) with pastries and sandwiches to die for 😍😍😍👌👌👌 we love it 🤗🤗🤗

Very warm welcome and the croissants are excellent.

Had the Apple turnover, it was so good, one of the best I had in Europe, so flavorful, full of filling, crust was perfection, and great portion size. I highly recommend !!!

Excellent bakery with essentials like fruit turnovers and strings. A big problem with the quantities of string because if you come after 8:30 a.m. on the weekend you have more!!! 🤬🤬 this morning 8:50 a.m. no more strings and the 4 people in the bakery after me wanted some too. I have always been a loyal customer but clearly if another bakery in Nyon offers them I think I will change them. (and I'm not the only one)

We were visiting on Sunday. One star for the taste of the pastries but we were treated to a big sigh from the saleswoman when she had to go to the window twice in a row. Sorry for the inconvenience, too bad.

This is the best bakery! I highly recommend the pizza. It is amazing 🙌🏼. We went here every day. Everything is delicious. We can’t wait to come back.

Pesto sauce from Migros to replace basil in sandwiches when they run out of it.... And always marked open on Google even when they are on vacation, I've been fooled several times... It's really puppets...

The best bakery in Nyon, without doubt, and one of the best in the Lake Geneva region. Everything is good, fresh and well thought out. I would just ask the owner to continue to enforce his own hygiene rules with new employees, for example not touching bread with his hands.

Everything is really very, very good and of high quality.

Went for a walk with my girlfriend on a sunny day, took some sandwiches and « Vienne en Cage » that were really good. Service is on top !

Frozen bread for more than 3Frs per baguette... I didn't taste the pastries. I don't recommend.

Mix of good artisanal breads and pastries with other industrial ones. If you choose your products carefully you will not be disappointed! Very nice owners.

Superb artisan bakery with high quality bread.

Lovely ramequins, cheese quiches. OMG buttery thin dough encasing great melted cheese. No eggy aftertaste, just glorious cheese 😁

Ordered a mille-feuille for my daughter's first birthday. Everyone loved my daughter first. Excellent value.

Never again. Products are just "ok", but I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was by the people working behind the counter at Bonin. Rougemont (just up the street) will be getting all of my business from now on.

In my opinion, by far the best bakery in Nyon and among the top in the region! 5 * for artisanal production, for super good and fresh products, but also for value for money and service :-)

I recommend to everyone! Great little bakery. We took home muffins, bread and wonderful huge homemade meringues. The friends we visited appreciated the quality. The prices are very reasonable, not expensive at all, despite such a busy place. I didn’t notice if they had takeaway coffee, but there are plenty of cafes nearby where you can buy it, grab their pastries and go to the embankment. Or the observation deck at the castle, it’s a five-minute crawl up to the left of Bonnin.

Without a doubt an excellent address. Various quality breads. Homemade flutes. And always smiling welcome.
