After having tested almost all the surrounding restaurants in French-speaking Switzerland (with my Peruvian wife 🇵🇫) we can say without detour that it is the best of all! It's more "Balkan flavors" but "the gallows". The meat is of very good quality, we tested the mixed charcoal galore: chicken, beef and horse. Being a fan of tartare and given the quality of the meat in the charcoal, it could only be killer. I fell from a height... The meat was indeed very good, but the seasoning was a disaster, incipid, no taste, fortunately I had asked for it, it gave a minimum of taste. Charbonnade proves you go there with your eyes closed, but skip the tartare. Please note, the timetables on the internet are not up to date, call first.
